Had a great time on this boat. Communicated decently with the driver. Called an hour ahead of time and they were ready with the boat. If you are looking for a cheaper option, this would be the way to go. it was definitely a more unique Thai experience than the speed boat. Waves do come up a little bit but nothing crazy. This isn’t for someone that gets seasick! First stop was the pig island , then snorkeling , then food on a remote island. Driver was open to different requests

If you are looking for a short trip to one of the two tiny islands of Kog Mudsum or Koh Tan then you can rent a small boat from here. For 2 adults and 3 children it costs us 2,200 Baht. Which is fairly cheap. They take you for
1) snorkelling, have the safety gear and snorkelling equipment.

2) Feeding the fish which is great for kids. Take some extra bread with you if you have kids, they will enjoy it a lot.

3) Lunch (you pay extra but it's inexpensive) in one of the lagoons. We went to the one on Koh Tan Island.

4) after the lunch be sure to check out the mangroves on the Koh Tan island. It's a spooky area but they have a proper albeit a narrow mettle track.

5) Bring you back to where French kiss bar is.

We had parked our car there and the whole trip lasted around 4 hours. We could have taken longer if we wanted to.

On the way back the ride was a bit bumpy but all in all a great day out and a memorable experience. Highly recommended.
