Bang Lamung Hospital

Very good hospital. Had to get all the lab work done for a health certificate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Process took a while so it took a bit of patience, but I appreciated everyone's hard work.

The most efficient COVID-19 vaccine processing we've yet experienced. Walk in service Monday to Friday for both Thai and foreigners alike. Bring your passport or ID card together with your MorPrompt number and you'll be registered and jabbed within minutes. Friendly team of nurses administering all parts of the process. Completely free of charge. Choice of vaccine too.

To all the people who do not speak Thai.

The procedure is as follows
You go to a self BP & oxygen testing machine.

You test yourself and take the test results to triage, the nurse initially ask for your symptoms and give you a sheet with details of which department to go and a token no for registration.

You go to registration counter and wait for your token to be called,make sure to bring passport and write your current address and phone no on a piece of paper.

The registration counter gives you a registration card and a paper with QR CODE.

You need to take this into the OPD department and give it to the nurse.

The nurse takes the paper and call you name when your turn comes.

Depending on your diagnoses you need to blood test and other stuff.

I only paid for blood test and pills. I guess the doctor consultation is free.

It was quick, the only place where it took time is the injection department and collecting the pills.

The doctor and nurses speak English and can guide you well. Most of the signs are in Thai.

The behavior of the staff is good. Saw couple of foreigners taking treatment.

Very good hospital. The staff are very good at their work. It is a government hospital that gives treatment at reasonable prices in a timely manner, hence they are busy with people and do not waste time giving you unnecesaary lip service. If you want lip service along with treatment, head to a private hospital.

The treatment is always given appropriately and doctors are very intelligent. I would praise the Thai government for the work they do.

To all foreigner who had unsatisfied experience with hospital ,I 'd recommended you not to even step in government hospital ever because this facility is aimed to support poor Thai and it financial support by Tax. Especially, if you have high expectation of mouth service or you prefer to be treated like customer.

Arron Jupp ,I believe it is not about nationality even for Thai also sometime people got that attitude from medical staff. It is grov. Facilities.

Our doctors and medical staff have already load of patients to handle if you are still ungrateful for paying less and get healed then get yourself off my country. Once I read all negative comments I d really like to meet those arrogant heads I wanna ask" did you get any treatment like what you expected if you were sick in other developed countries?

Especially, during the pendamic period ,Have you seen what Thai people / grov. done in order to support those foreigners who got stuck in Thailand ?

As my personal experience 2 years ago, I was ill with tight budget but the kind medical stuff supported me with document to get healed by paying lesser. I am grateful and appreciated to all grov. facilities.

Once again grov. Facilities aimed to give subside to poor Thai who pay TAX in order to run the facilities.
If my poor Eng is not clear enough to make any sense ,then I must apology ! 👊

The doctors at this hospital are great. Meds are very cheap. went there today and they cleaned my ears and gave me medication for ent problems for only 300 baht as a foreigner

I was also given a Covid test at minimal cost and discovered that my symptoms were probably correlated

it's government hospital some one complaint that they charge more to foreigners i just want to tell that every where in the the world Hospitals charge foreigners more then local people because government give Subsidies for local people not for foreigners and every time when i sick I go there they treat me well this hospital is very neat and clean and staf very polite if compare with another third world countries love you thai doctors and hospital staff

I had some bad side effects on Friday 20th Feb., from a new medicine prescribed for me after a routine check up at this hospital a few days earlier. I cannot thank ALL members of Staff on duty around midnight that night enough, for all their kindness, consideration and importantly, patience, as I do not speak Thai, shown to me during my visit. I am now back to normal, once again my sincere thanks, appreciation and gratitude to all involved in helping me. John Stephens, HN 1220955.

I had a very good experience here. The nurses helped me with all the questions and was very friendly. I took rabies vaccine here and it was much cheaper than all the private hospitals in Pattaya. Took me about 40 min

I have to say Thank you all staff! My husband was in a MC accident at 8 of January 2015 and was deeply hurt. Our friend here in Thailand went with him to your hospital for help him and especially with the language. He was very good taken care off by your staff and he and I are greatful for the good service at your hospital.

มาช่วงเช้าคนเยอะตลอด ช่วงบ่ายไม่แน่ใจ ไม่เคยมา

การบริการกลางๆ ไปถึงดีนะ จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว
ก็มีดุคนไข้บ้างละ ที่ไม่ค่อยรู้เรื่อง ก็เขาไม่รู้จริงๆ

สถานที่กว้างขวาง คนไม่แออัด เจ้าหน้าที่ไม่เหวี่ยงแล้ว
ดูมีความความสุขกับที่ใหม่มากกว่าตรงเก่าเยอะ

ลิฟท์และบันไดมีบริการทั้งสองฝั่งตึก

มีที่จอดรถอยู่หน้าตึกเลยย อันนี้คือดีมาก

ด้านล่างเหมือนจะเป็นโซนอาหาร ยังไม่เสร็จ ถ้าเป็นโซนอาหารจริงๆ ความสะดวกสบายจะเพิ่มขึ้นมาก เทียบกับ รพ เอกชนได้เลย
