Garden Cliff Resort & Spa Pattaya

Stayed during SongKran, Room 2128, pool swim up, 7 nights, North Pattaya. WOW, just lovely. The room was 2nd back from the pools edge overlooking the ocean.
PROS: The staff were all friendly and relaxed and check-in and check-out seamless. We didn’t dine in except room service occasionally, but the food was delicious, green chicken curry, pad see ew, club sandwich, shrimp balls, spring rolls were all very nice. Skip the vegetarian pizza😁.
What a setting, close to massage and Tops daily. Lots of food options, Blue Siam cafe had the best coffee and delicious food, Colonial Cafe great spot for a drink and snack.
Bamboo bar was great for sitting by the ocean enjoying food and drink also.
The resort has a traditional style of lobby, open air, looking into the blue sea.
The staff were wonderful, friendly and customer focused.
So close to the Sanctuary of Truth, a must see!
CONS: Watch the tiles by the pool, very slippery, I slipped and fell twice, the barman rushed to get me an ice pack and tiger balm for my shoulder, lucky just a sprain.
Overall, great stay and we’ll be back!

The room is sooo pretty, I booked junior suite and I got the room that see the catsle truth (somthing.. can't remember name, but it's very beutiful) was amazing!.
My phone has been flat and I don't have adaptor so I went to lobby, asked staff to borrow adaptor but they don't have any. The another girl nam 'Prea', she very kind she gave her personal adaptor to me for borrow! She very polite and friendly. Thank you so much Prea💖
For overall was really good! I recommended if you still on the fence !!

Classy resort. Rooms are dated. Bed very firm. I would stay here again. Staff are lovely 🌹

Nice hotel, nice stay. Our only discontent was the "private beach." It was merely a patch of sand with no chairs (as pictured). You could get to the water, but the waves and dirtiness of the water didn't encourage one to stay.
The nicest thing was the view out to the water. The pool made a very picturesque setting. And, the pool was actually large enough to turn some laps. When tired, you could swim up to the in-pool bar and sit on the 'turtle' stools and order a drink.
The room was spacious and clean, no issues. The stay was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fairly extensive, though those wanting coffee from the upscale machines had quite a wait due to their long cycle time. Custom omelets were an option that were created quickly. We'd come back to this hotel.

All staffs were nice and really helpful during my check-in and check-out. this resort is at good location and I liked it.

Location is far from the downtown, but it is beautiful, beachside, and extremely quiet

Close too the Sanctuary of Truth, which you must see. Only a 200 baht taxi from hotel. Hotel has great things to see, really good found and drinks. Rooms are clean and quiet and breakfast was good. Two very scenic pools on the beach.

Mr. Ou is the man with the plans. If you need a ride or want to travel anywhere in pattaya, he's the guy to talk to.

The hotel has a private beach which is quite beautiful due to a few big trees are grown near the beach. They offer us shade when it is hot. The pools are big, clean and well-maintained. The garden is lovely with a lot of coconut trees. Our room is nice with the view of the Sanctuary of Truth. The staff were helpful. However, my son did not like the Kids club here because shoes were allowed so the floor was dirty and the air-con was not turned on. Breakfast buffet were served in 2 adjacent restaurants. A restaurant nearer to the beach has a nice seaview but there were fewer dishes for breakfast buffet than the other and there is no toaster here. However, we enjoyed our nice lunch here. One more thing that they should improve is the accessibility for wheelchair users such as building more suitable ramps or lifts.

Beautiful multi-level pool area, overlooking the ocean. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely restaurant with great water views. Staff was very helpful with a vegan request. Rooms are a little tight, with no closet. Not much of a beach. Elegant lobby area. Amazing entry fountain with huge, dramatic sculptures. Some restaurants and shops in walking distance. Would return.

Lovely very beautiful hotel , like 6km from center pattaya. By bath busses you can get there. Breakfast top. Pools very good , nice views . I just go visit friends there not stay myself.

It's a good hotel but maybe a bit old. If improving the landscape and any facilities better could be better. But overall, it is worth the price.

The room is neat and clean, there are also balcony facing pool and beach. Staff is friendly and quick, especially at breakfast. Breakfast also good and has variety kind of food. I personally love sliced Thailand pork sausage, it's the best.

We have stayed here for 1 night . I got the room without breakfast . It was my mistake because around there you have walk a bit to get restaurants ,The hotel provide you shuttle bus to go dolphin circle( central of transportation/ restaurants/ malls) beaches around there are nice and beautiful. The room we stay was fair . Swimming pool is good and clean . We can walk directly to beach . We enjoyed staying

We stayed here for a night. We celebrated our 1st month of marriage so I informed the hotel that we are on honeymoon beforehand. They really gave importance to my request and sent us a cake and greetings for our honeymoon.

My husband and I enjoyed the place, with a view of the beach, and also with swimming pools.
The food in Chom Talay was amazing, but the breakfast was not that amazing.

The room is outdated, and maybe lacks some amenities and personal hygiene kits such as dental kits, and comb. There were no hangers in the room aside from the one used to hang the robes.

We were happy with the TV channels (which we do not have at home in Chonburi).

The staff were so accomodating and could speak English well.

The small problems did not affect our stay, so we are pretty satisfied with our stay.

This hotel is right next to a picturesque rocky beach, making it a prime location. Although the hotel itself may appear slightly dated, the rooms are spacious and exquisitely designed, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The dining experience was satisfactory, without any extravagant offerings, but the coffee surpassed expectations. The pool is stunning and provides a delightful opportunity to relax and take a refreshing swim while enjoying the beachside ambience. Additionally, there is a small sandy area adjacent to the beach, which I found preferable to the stony beach nearby. The hotel boasts magnificent views of the beach, truly setting it apart from others.

The hotel seems a little older, but it was clean, our room was spacious, the views and the pool were nice and the staff were super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Full stars from hard working staffs but not room quality. Come on, regulations have lifted already, time to take a good care of staffs, so they will take a good care of the hotel and me (as customers!!!)
