Beautiful hotel, pleasant staff with guest service on their mind! Very big suite rooms with elegant decor and extremely comfortable bed and crisp fresh liniment; super pillows and very good shower!
Breakfast is good and so was room service food. Well equipped gym and nice clean pool with nice sun-beds!
Love their free shuttle service to city center shopping area!!!
Will stay again and highly recommend!

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Bit away from the crowd but very calm and pleasant. The kitchen and dining were very useful. Balcony and the view were amazing. I recommend it for singles or family. Moreover, it's value for money, worth staying here

Perfect place to stay if coming with friends and family. Try their 2 bed room suite and apart from 2 bedrooms u also get a spacious drawing room which can easily take 15 people easily. Seven eleven is right outside the hotel for all your daily needs. This room also offers a working kitchen with utensils. You can cook your own food which is added advantage.

I believe the hotel is a very good deal. It's not a newer hotel. But it has 833 square feet, a private bedroom, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, televisions in both rooms. The AC works. I brought my own internet, and that was necessary. Staff will help you with rides on bolt. Excellent deal for $30 per night.

I got a king suite and it was just massive. Comfortable king bedroom with excellent air conditioning. Separate living room with comfortable lounge chair and separate kitchen although I didn’t cook at all. The staff are super nice and most of all, my room was super quiet which is mega important to me here in Pattaya. It isn’t the most modern of hotels as everything is a bit dated, the rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade for sure but that wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. I give 5 stars because of the size of my suite and general quietness overall.

We rooms are big and very good architecture...with minimum kictechen and drawing room area .

One of the best hotels around with every room is beautifully crafted for a memorable stay. Room service is excellent. Also very clean towels and best toiletries provided. Free local shuttle service is provided at no extra cost !!! I strongly recommend this hotel, if you are coming with family.

Fantastic place! The prices are not expensive. Please note that this is not owned by the Four Seasons Hotel Group, but this place is luxurious and well worth every penny. The rooms are big and spacious and have all the amenities you need. The staff is very courteous and friendly. They have their own shuttle which drops you off to nearby places for free. The guy driving the Shuttle, Tono, was extremely friendly and helpful to us. The food options are good and they have their own massage service and gym. We did not avail any of those services though. The place is close to the city centre, Beach and Walking Street. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants a pleasant stay at Pattaya. You will not be disappointed.

Good location and away from the crowd... Nice suite with two bedrooms, a hall and an open kitchen... We can prepare breakfast with the hot plate/ microwave oven... Indian Restaurant and mini Grocery shop (7 Eleven) are nearby... Nice pool and a good bar...

Very courteous and cooperative staff. Nice rooms and a good poolside cafe. Made sure that we get good vegetarian food options every day. Enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

It's little away from the busy areas but they have drop facility which help in commuting easily. Big c is also close by and 7/11 store is just at the corner. Suite rooms are large with kitchen.

This hotel is in heart of Pattaya. Beach is 1 km walking Street is 1 km from this hotel. Very good hotel inside view is like a palace. Kitchen bedroom hall and balcony are provided in each booking of room.

Wonderful stay with my family, it was a family suite with 2 bedrooms and a drawing room, staff was helpful, and the best part is there option of cocktails in the welcome drink so for one who love to booze in place like Pattaya it's the excellent place

This place seems to me as the British concept. The room was efficient as per 4. The room has all the facilities which is need in home. The staff in this hotel is too good

Nice hotel....nice spacious rooms... two bedroom suites and junior suite is really good...very near to seven eleven, walking street is just ten minutes drive from the hotel.
