Aiyaree Place Resort

Always a great stay here. The prices have crept up but still very good value. The new kiddie climber by the pool is an eyesore and misplaced: squeezing in too much stuff in a small space. But hard to beat this hotel for convenience and value.

Two hotels named Aiyaree, next to each other, one has balconies and the other not.
The dearer one is best, although everything in both is very good.
Just a walk away to all the nightlife, in the Jomtien area.

This was fantastic for the price big spacious clean rooms serviced daily. Smiling staff and fabulous pool. Try and book rooms on the lower floors as less road noise. So many local bars restaurants 5 min walk to nightly food market, 8 minute walk to beach. Recommended

One of the best choices for that money. Spacious and tidy rooms with frequent linen change, breakfast is fine, mixed Thai and continental, a little bit of everything. Be among the first to have a better choice, as every morning it seems busy. Cozy swimming pool and little gym available. Easy check-in and -out, smiling ladies from housekeeping. Anna's restaurant is located a couple of steps away, with a wide choice of snacks and main courses (both Thai and Western quisine). Short waiting time is a plus. 7 minutes walking away from the beach. I would recommend this place, as for me it is worth every baht I paid.

Well, if you are like me, a budget traveller, this place is for you. The room was adequate. I read the bed were hard, they are, but I slept very well on them. Also. The location was great. Walking distance to beach and to the gay area. So if Pattaya is on your quest, look into this place. Oh breakfast was included with my room. Buffet style and omelette station that you have to ask for, was plentiful. I am an over eater and I was satisfied. The only thing missing was cheese 😝

They provided me free room upgradation. Very helpful front desk staff. Room was super spacious, prime location and super spread breakfast

Lovely older style hotel. Big rooms with balconies overlooking pool. Fantastic staff, particularly housekeeping who ensure that the rooms are kept immaculately. Only gripe is limited breakfast for us westerners. But again all beautifully presented.

Great location, clean and tidy, with a big balcony. The gym is mediocre and so is the pool, but good enough for me. Didn't like the breakfast, but the Anna Cafe is out front and is superb. The baht bus route is right outside the door. The wifi internet connection cuts out regularly in this hotel, so if you have important work to do, then this could be a deal breaker for you. The power sockets are on the wrong side of the room, which is annoying. The bathroom shower has crazy high water pressure. I liked the decoration of the rooms and they are pretty spacious. All things considered, I would stay again.

High value for a lower money. Good location near the beach, easy to get in by car. Spacious parking though unguarded. Nice Thai style decor with a lot of space. Good swimming pool, big rooms with balcony and open stairwells.
Especially I like the breakfast buffet with big choice of Western and Thai food. The buffet price is unbeatable!
And in addition to the positive impression I highly rate the friendliness of the stuff and their English proficiency.

It is a nice budget hotel in Jomtien, about 400m from the beach. Rooms are clean, quiet enough for a good sleep. Plenty of pubs, restaurants, massages around. Across the street is the Jomtien Super Town (ladyboys shows and massages, with some good restaurants).
I booked during the August low season and got a very good rate for a week. Like the place enough to extend for another week.

Really great experience. Firstly the staff so friendly and smiley and welcoming. A real eye for detail. Then the room traditional but well maintained and HUGE. Good pool, restaurant and breakfast. Lastly for me it is busy even during covid so you don’t feel like your staying in a grave yard.

The buffet in the morning is really good.I always enjoy it. Room is quite clean also the water shower bath is come out well. Love it. However, the price is cheap definitely I will coming back again

This is rating is for food only. The restaurant is a little hidden but well worth a small detour. Quite big selection of food and the ones that were ordered were very tasty. Service was good, too.

Have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. Very clean staff extremely polite and helpful and well spoken . Amazing breakfast every day . Rooms very large and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Staff working here super and super friendly and also cleaning staff are very nice. Everybody working here always smile and very cute. We love this place because of staff here. 🥰 About room very big and Nice bathroom we stay at 6 floor

Best Jomtien hotel😊, price is good with breakfast and clean room with excellent services. Employees cooperate with customers😍. I stayed in the hotel for two months and will be back next year

This hotel gives me a wonderful and authentic Thai atmosphere , the price is down to earth too regardless the room rate or their catering, location is just stone trow away from the beach , nearby 7-11 and local market are near by , without doubt one of the best hotel in Jomtien =)
