Pattaya Modus Beachfront Resort

One thing you never find from Pattaya city is something here from location.

Room: Chic contemporary and great value with design. Of course all amenities are set up and good for all travelers couple, friends and family. The room are comfortable and really good compared with prices paid.

Location: The beach itself really privately away from others and really enjoyed that much. It really good for family and private friends.

Facility: All good one especially the pool bar are really suitable for us to join drinks and beach time at the same time.

Amazing stay. We will be back.

An awesome place to stay by the beach , away from the hustle and bustle of pattaya beach. The hotel is set in a vintage theme which kind of adds to its charm. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Coming down to food, no regrets at all ,breakfast spreads are lovely and even the open restaurant at the beach front caters to the taste buds very well.All in all , a must visit .

Basic room, but nice and clean. Value for money.

Warm water was stable. Breakfast food was limited but it was good.

This hotel is amazing! There's an amazing view from your room, and the pools are very big and wide. The rooms do come with many necessities, but doesn't come with lotion, so you should pack your own. The toilets are very clean. There's one pool that's really deep, so do be careful. Breakfast is also really good. Overall I would recommend and come again!

If you want to stay away from the crowd of pattaya, but still want to enjoy the liveliness of pattaya, Modus beachfront is the best choice. It is a bit away from the local pattaya, but a peaceful place for any family hangouts. Breakfast was very good, and also the restaurants. Rooms are spacious, well decorated, and conjoined rooms are available for big families. Staff behaviour is good and cleanliness is maintained. Most important, it has the best view of the ocean. You can enjoy the calmness anytime. Also you can roam around the city anytime you want.

Upon arrival I was informed that as a Le Club Platinum I was upgraded to Pool Access room. This was an unexpected because I booked the cheapest one. When step into the room I was surprised with the Welcome Complimentary. It was the best welcome set for me since I was being an AccorHotels Loyalty which I never got it from other Accor properties. Room was outstanding in terms of size and interior design, it was kept spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and was very spacious.

Breakfast was excellent, great selection of food.

Front desk was very active, staff at restaurant, pool, maid and the rooftop bar were superb and really polite. I would like to mention Khun Wisut who handled the issue I had quickly and to my full satisfaction and always well assisted during my stay.

Totally Beachfront.. they have their private beach which can be accessed directly from the resort.. what a beauty.. can't get enough of it..

They have their infinity pool facing the sea.. it feels so peaceful and serene..

The staff is lovely.. very helpful and cooperative.. services are awesome..

Everything about this place is just perfect..

P.S. it's situated in North Pattaya so a little away from center but when you download their local cab app "Bolt".. things are easy peasy..

Again ... Perfect place to chill and relax..

Excellent Resort. We got a room with beach view. They have a private beach, where in you can do swimming, kayaking , relax, sun bath etc etc.

They have a spa too and it's pretty reasonable. Some discount for in-house guests as well.

Service was good. Polite and helping staff.

This resort sports many of the traditional Comforts Europeans and westerners in general have come to expect from higher-end resorts. The staff is wonderful. The view from the balcony can't be beat. Rooftop dining is stellar. Keep in mind that this hotel is priced accordingly and your dollars in Thailand won't go as far as in other areas such as Bangkok.

As opposed to a safe hotel in Bangkok across from the palace, suan dusit, which runs $35 a night at most, the Modus ran 5,000 baht , which at this writing is about $160 us. Rooftop dinner was extra, with a modest dinner for four running about $70. Provided you're financially prepared to enjoy a visit, I can't recommend this Resort more highly.

Great interior design with private beach and family friendly activities. During rainy season the weather can change in 10 minutes to complete down pour flooded with rain, but that is normal no matter where you stay in Pattaya. The power cut out and that was nice to have a moment of silence listening to the heavy rain. They have back up generators so the power was back on after a few minutes. Lovely views from your private deck and beautiful spacious rooms. Good room service and great restaurants, I appreciate they keep the menu with some Thai cuisine A+

Ocean view rooms are great, the balcony is a real joy to hang out in. Kayaks available to use for free. Breakfast is tasty and has good variety. Beach is not cleanest.

Good hotel. Although it's so far from down town.But It provide many activities for the guest. Good seaview and well designed room also memorable. The staffs are very helpful. They arrange very well for my 10 person family.

This place has it all! Great location, superior private beach, and everyone that works here is professional and personal. I happened to be fortunate enough to meet Sap, in charge of guest services and the restaurants. He is a very amazing young man that blew me away! Professional, well mannered, and I was amazed at how well he spoke English. That made my day.

It's a nice place to stay with family. Liked the ambiance and very supportive staff. Nice pool and very good view from ocean view rooms. Just a suggestion. Please add vegetarian food in the breakfast. Loved the stay . Will come back surely

Nice hotel away from the tourist area of Pattaya. Nice restraint on top of theme food. Very quiet and peaceful pool you can sit and enjoy a coffee in the morning. Also decent restaurant beside the pool as well with decent food options.

Hotel itself is a little dated but still very nice and good value.
Would DEFINITELY recommend for food and a nice view.

One of the finest properties situated in calmth of pattaya. Ideal location to stay for lazy holidays with family and friends. Away from central pattaya the property has everything self contained in it. It's a awesome property. Live it Large with family to Make a mark on time.

Colonial style cliff hotel remotely located accessible only via a windy road. That said, this hotel has motorbike rental. Recommended for lone travellers and family vacationers.

-Great facilities

I would strongly recommend this hotel either for holiday or company's outing.
