Kong from the concierge desk was amazing, spoke great English and was very friendly, remembering our sons name every day.

Downsides if any, not much for breakfast for British with no real Full English. Lifts although there are many seem very slow to arrive, maybe they are not all working?

We stayed here from 9th May to 12th May and I should say that we were mighty impressed with the hotel. Initially we were hesitant to book as we normally prefer the well known chains of premium hotels for family holidays. However, a friend of mine gave me a heads up on this property and we were really happy to have taken the decision to stay here.
The location is excellent although not a beach property. Just a 5 min walk to the beach. The check in was smooth. Although we arrived early, we were not made to wait much and the rooms were allocated earlier than committed. We took 2 panoramic suites ( 1 room and 2 room) for our family and kids and both had good view of the sea. The rooms were absolutely awesome, modern, spacious, well equipped and very thoughtfully designed. A bathtub with panoramic view and a planetarium type ceiling were the highlights in addition to the water park which was the major attraction for the kids.
The breakfast spread was very largely Asian in nature but extremely well laid out. The bakery items were fresh and tasty. The food from the restaurant were also tasty.
The hotel is adjoining and connected from the lobby floor to a large mall ( Terminal 21) which has got many options of food too in case anyone wants to try food outside the hotel. Right across the road is Tiffany show if anyone is interested.
Overall, would rate it top stars and would love to be back here and recommend this property to others as well.

Everything about this hotel is immaculate. Our corner room on the 28th floor was gorgeous with incredible views of the city and bay. I'm not sure if there is an advantage to the corner rooms versus the standard--they all are about the same size with balconies. Breakfast was extensive and glorious (even on the crazy busy weekend they staff were efficient and professional). The pool area wins the day. It's so beautiful with so many fun play areas. On the weekend there was a bubble party in the kids pool! We loved that this hotel doesn't serve alcohol (although guests are invited to bring their own). It makes it a very family friendly resort. Finally, the staff are amazing. From housekeeping, to bell services to restaurant staff--they make this place feel truly special.

My wife and I stayed at grande centre point for 21 nights in March. We can't recommend this place enough. Everything there is 5 star. The rooms are very clean. The pool is just wonderful. We had breakfast every day and the food was great. But most of all the staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and everyone always had a smile and made us feel welcome. Thank you so much for our stay. First off 5the breakfast was amazing, it’s one of the best hotel breakfast i’ve ever had. They got variety of food such as crepe, noodles, eggs, dim sum and etc. The room was a bit small for my family but the toilets are all automatic. In the hotel there is a gym, the gym is not so crowded and it’s well designed. There is a pool table in front of the gym. There is also a water park there with a water slide, Kids can get to have fun while adults chill and look at an amazing view. I would definitely suggest family to come here and visit this hotel. Your kids would definitely love it here because the amount of activities they have is impressive. Also the terminal 21 is also beside them so it’s really convenient to go eat or do other activities.

7th May/2024. Sad to say that we are leaving today from this wonderful hotel. My wife and I have been so lucky in life to stay in many hotels in many countries and this is one of the best. The rooms provide everything that is required and the service cannot be improved. Although Every employee is helpful the bellman, Ryan was extremely informative and Purse, serving on the pool bar, was outstanding. We would recommend this hotel to either couples or families with children wishing to stay in Pattaya.

Amazing hotel with great staff, always very happy and ready to help.
I had my brother's birthday and brought some decorations with me to decorate the room and unfortunately didn't have time to do it myself since we were out at Songkran festival. Kingkaew at the front desk made sure it was done for me.

Also had the pleasure of dealing with Sandy, any questions or help we needed she was always more than happy to help.

All around 10/10 place

Large and luxurious room + bathroom. Nice view! Nice and clean. Pleasant service! Food ordered from room service was first class! Will come back next time.

ABSOLUTELY BEST FAMILY HOLIDAY! Such lovely staff, great location and fantastic facilities. Breakfast was so well organised and tasty every morning.
Rooms are a bit small but very clean and tidy.
A short walk to the beach but close enough that it was easy to walk and it doesn't have the same price tag as the hotels directly on the beach.
Would absolutely stay here again!!

I will come over again as following people ARM, JUNE, SEM and JOKE.
Especially ARM, he bought local instant noodles and candy for me to bring back to my country.
And I wanna give him tips, he rejected.
The working people are very nice and friendly.

Been here many times. Rooms are spacious. Toilet/shower area is also spacious. The toilets are Japanese-style. Staff are friendly. Quick and smooth check-in and check-out process. Plenty of parking spaces offered. Breakfast buffet is also delicious serving lots of choices ranging from western, Thai, chinese, continential, vegetarian. Our family always enjoy our stay here and we always think of this place whenever seeking a place to stay when visiting Pattaya. Highly recommend if you're travelling with family or kids because they also have their own mini waterslide at the pool area.

The hotel facilities, rooms with a great view, a swimming pool that the whole family could enjoy, friendly staff...everything was perfect in this hotel. After early check-in, I went sightseeing while the room was being cleaned, and when I returned, my luggage had arrived in the room. I was impressed by the meticulous care and service.

My husband and I celebrated our Christmas at this property and it was one of the best experience ever! The view from our 22nd floor was extraordinary. The view, hospitality, and the location was exceptional beyond words. I cannot wait to revisit with the entire family! This is walking distance from the beach.

Tong's service is excellent. The accommodation instructions are very clear, and he always maintains a smile while providing service. He's a great concierge.

The best part of our trip was stay at this super hotel.loved each and every moment there.Friendly staff, clean room, nearby food streets, safe for families, nice water park though we couldn't enjoy as time was less.can visit mall through this hotel.will go again in our future visit...thank you for making our trip comfortable and memorable.

Utterly sumptuous. I must have spent hours just appreciating the view from the balcony. There isn't a single thing I could complain about. Especially the food from the 24 hour room service - honestly surprised by the Carbonara they served. Loved every moment of my stay, will be back.

Went to Pattaya during the Christmas holiday with my family of eight. Our 4-night stay at GCP was wonderful. Excellent location as it is next to Terminal 21 shopping mall in which a great and affordable food court is located. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back.

Beautiful western style hotel with the NICEST STAFF! Great service. Gorgeous amenities. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Rooms were nice, comfortable and average/small in size rooms compared to the size of the hotel. Nice bathrooms with a great shower (double shower heads). Elevators are not air conditioned, but everywhere else in the hotel is very comfortable. The extra "bed" for a third person is a seat whose cushions unfold at floor level. It is not a fold out twin bed at normal bed height (more like 3 sofa cushions put together as a bed on the floor). Our 17 year old did not complain. :) The hotel is attached to a fantastic mall with anything you need and a lot of food options. There is a small night market across the street. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Hotel was amazing. The service was superb. I forgot my bag and the hotel quickly notified me. They are absolutely the best for the money spent. I will definitely be returning to the hotel in my next stay. Thank you for the amazing experience Grande Centre Point!
