MARKLAND BEACH VIEW

I stayed here for five nights, the rooms are very spacious, the bed is comfortable, a good size fridge and an OK TV. The location is good with easy access to transport to get to central and South Pattaya. The main reason I booked the room was the large balcony with a stunning sea view. I usually stay more central, but will definitely look to book here again.

Spent several nights here. The good things are its location and seaview, room's also quite large with reasonable price. However it really needs refurbished.

Just awesome and perfect sea view. Soo close to the beach. You can have a walk and come back even at midnight.

Big size rooms with sea view from balcony. Only the bathtub and hand shower available for bathing. No separate bathing arrangement. The bathtub is also an old one.

Overall one of the Best Places in Pattaya Beach

After testing over a dozen locations on Pattaya Beach over the years, we have found the Markland Beach View to be the best overall in terms of the most essential elements: Location, Comfort, Safety, Cleanliness, Affordability, and Great Staff. In fact it became our place of choice for an extended stay of almost one full year and is our first pick upon return to the area. Rooms are spacious and clean with outstanding views of the harbor. Quality facilities with lots of privacy for especially reasonable rates. A great location for both long and short stays. Run by a very intelligent and competent owner, all the staff have been helpful, professional, and courteous to us. Especially safe and accommodating to foreigners residing in Thailand long-term during a pandemic.

Please note: This a review for the Markland Beach View hotel, and NOT the Markland Seaside (both hotels are located in the same building but are in fact different companies; we have stayed long-term at both and while finding the Seaside undesirable, the Markland Beach View is excellent. I highly encourage prospective tenants not to confuse one with the other).

Markland Condominium is a mixed purpose part hotel part private condominium residence which is located in a prime near beach location alongside Pattaya Beach Road in Central Pattaya. The project is comprised of 350 apartments spread across a single 27 story high-rise building with a separate multi-story car-park.

Floors 3 to 15 are designated for the hotel, whereas floors 16 to 27 are designated for private apartments.
