LK Emerald Beach

Great hotel and even better staff. Everyone was kind, helpful and excellent in English. Everything within walking distance. Slight noise coming from the street but you should not come to Pattaya if you want quiet. We stayed here for 3 days as a family, the fitted a double and single easily. Staff was great, food cleaning every day and very clean rooms. Security was very good and also friendly. Will definitely be staying here again next June.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Rooms were very comfortable. Not a huge hotel but it was relaxing. European decor style everywhere.
There are no convenient stores nearby but they had free shuttle service. Hotel restaurant meals were not that expensive compared to other 5 star hotels. I recommend this hotel.

Very impressive hotel. Beautiful decor and very friendly staff. Food and cocktails are well priced and very tasty. Coffee was also very good.

Breakfast was limited and cleaners were very noisy in the hallway.

I travel a lot so I know a good hotel and this is a great hotel. It's a beautiful place, large well appointed rooms, the most comfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel. Breakfast is terrific, so many choices. Dinner one night in the restaurant was great too. I loved the location - it's close to all the popular places but removed from the noise. The hotel shuttle to the main road was great too.

Pool is nice and resort is exactly on the beach. Though beach is rocky and not good for swimming but you can definitely enjoy the vibe.

Gym Breakfast and other facilities are also pretty decent

I was a tad worried about the location after reading reviews but it proved in the end that you can't please some people 😮 This is not the noisy bar and pretty bargirl area that attracts the generally overweight drinking expats but that's perfect for me !
The hotel is glorious and the staff are wonderfully smiley and pleasing apart from 1 - the lady with glasses on reception needs to go to smiling school ! I'm sure she is great at her job but greeting guests with a pleasant smile is No1
Ok so only 2 days here sadly but a quick treat for my wife's birthday - we had a poolside room (1102) and it was perfect in every way apart from 2 tiny points ! The ironing board is possibly the worst ever and will slice your fingers off if you are not careful - it's a 50baht piece of Lazada rubbish in a very nice hotel !!! Change it please ! ( yes you will ignore this advise 🤔) Secondly the furniture is too much in the room - a huge chair, footstool and table block the balcony doors to the swimming pool - probably never used at all and definitely not needed. I will forward my hernia operation bill from moving them 💪
The pool itself is really nice and overlooks the cute small beach and the cafe/bar is very nice also.
Going back to the reviews I read, many comments about the rocks in the sea ! Yes there are rocks in the sea but if you walk to the right 30meters once stepping on to the beach you will be pleasantly surprised by the sandy 🏖 again you can't please everyone
I must say the hotel itself was very quiet even though I was told it was 'Fully Booked' !! If that is fully booked you clearly have a faulty booking system and your carpark is way too big for the few cars - 😂😆 I'm not complaining I can assure you 🙏
All in all a very nice break and I will return but will look for promotions as the price is on the high side but not ridiculous.
Last point - I'm not a breakfast person but I did go for tea and toast and the spread looked excellent. My wife commented that most of the hot food was barely warm 🤒 Stick to tea and toast is my advise 😂😆

Nice clean hotel, with a great view of the sunset, the rooms are large and you have an excellent choice for breakfast, a short walk to Pattaya Beach.

Absolutely perfect and the staff were brilliant, only let down was the breakfast, every morning the food is cold which included Fish in sauce! I went down early to see if the food would be hot on first serving but no! it was still cold. I had to request my food was heated in the microwave. I found this very disappointing as we had paid for daily breakfasts. We used the poolside restaurant which was excellent and room service. Highly recommend this Hotel and would definitely stay here again. Avoid the breakfast and eat poolside is my advice.

I just pop by for a beer and to use the dunny, after an athletic stroll up the beach to the temple.
Lovely spot, especially now that the beach bars 20 metres up the beach have gone. Looks like a massive redevelopment is about to take place. Sigh...
Anyway the beach in this area isn't great, very rocky, keep walking north for about 5 minutes and the beaches get a whole lot better.

Nice seaview room with competitive price. Clean and spacious, nothing to complain. We can enjoy the sunset moment from our balcony 💞 All of the staff are polite and friendly especially the restaurant team. They are always smile, helpful and response to our request quickly. The food is well priced compare to the quality. Definitely worth to try 👍👍👍

Enjoyed my stay here. Very nice views of the sea. Staff were also very nice. Check in was quick and easy! Breakfast was really nice and plenty on offer! Pool was also great for relaxing! Rooms were big clean and showers nice and clean. House keeping did a good job. They also have a nice viewpoint where you can see the sunset which looks amazing. Would definitely come back!

Its one thee hidden gems and hotel but the front staff was bit racist towards the Indians. I had an issue with and elephant ride with their team and was asked to pay 400 bhat without our fault of ours and the staff did not helped us even when we asked for their help . Property is good and decent with some great views . Its time hotel like these realise that Indians pay the same as well too

Booked three nights in late March 2023 directly with the hotel, on-line, for a deluxe sea view and they didn’t disappoint. Rooms faces due West and I had gorgeous sunsets. The reviews I read are generally accurate. I think the value for the price is great. Decor is unique (as noted by other reviews), staff (front desk and cleaning folks) are very professional and kind. I arrived early (check-in is 2 pm) and was informed that the hotel was full the night before so no rooms available. I was told that I could check back around 12:00 pm. I ended up walking to Terminal 21 (just a 15 minute easy walk) and exploring and having some really good Lebanese Food. When I came back at 1:45 pm, the receptionist remembered me and checked me right in. At this hotel they ask for a $1000 baht deposit which they return (and of course copy of passport). During my stay I walked many different places including down to the Pattaya City sign (~2.2 miles/3.54 km). Wonderful walk in the morning (6:30 am) with light traffic (and walking street was shut down/quiet which is great as it is not my scene). Note that at this time (March 2023) they are rebuilding the “boardwalk” section by section and replacing old small bricks with larger ones. Looks nice, but you will have to be careful as you walk around the construction. Pool at LK Emerald Beach is very nice with provided towels, robes. They have full gym with what seems to be new equipment. Beach access directly from Hotel (very rocky however) but they do have a small strip where you can sit and enjoy and pool is just up some stairs. Breakfast (served 7-11 am) included in my price and I was very happy with quality of food and service. Overall very satisfied and would stay again.

I'm honest guide, The best hotel in Pattaya. The room theme is gold and the hotel staff was good and service was excellent and breakfast was wowwwww. Belive me in swimming pool you can feel so relaxed

We stayed here recently for 10 days and was completely satisfied with this 4 star rated hotel. The location is far enough from the chaotic Beach Road, 2nd Road, and Walking Street which was very nice and quiet but also close enough if someone need to go to these places because of the amazing shuttle service and the always smiling, very polite drivers provided by the hotel. Our Seaview room on the 6th floor was perfect thanks to the older lady housekeeper who always made our room immaculately clean and the room always smells good for the whole 10 days that we stayed there. Not sure why there was some negative comments about the buffet breakfast but for me and wife, although we don't necessarily like buffets, the breakfast was outstanding. There were so many dishes to choose from where we didn't have to have the same breakfast twice the whole time we were there. The hotel restaurant and bar was also nice with a very reasonable price and quick service. We ordered fried grouper, seafood and pineapple fried rice and some kind of spicy soup and had it delivered to our room so we can have dinner in our balcony while watching the sunset. We also reserved transportation from this hotel on our way to our hotel in Bangkok and the 1500 bath price for the airconditioned privately (i think) owned Toyota Camry and the very nice driver was well worth it. We have already recommended this hotel to our daughter and her family. We will stay here again.

What a hidden paradise...!! I didn't get a chance to eat there as all of the tables were taken on a week day mid afternoon. I am definitely going back to "Bar Na Lay". For those who are mobility challenged there are a number of well made stairs with hand rails to get down to the beach.

Good price, good decor, great service. We like the ambiance, pool, restaurant. It is a bit of a hike out to the street, a few hundred yards. So of you want quiet, good, if you want to be in the middle of the nightlife, bad. The hotel shuttle out to the main road is very convenient.

I love this place. Everyone is nice to my cat. It's very difficult to find a place allowing pets to come. It's the last time for us to come. My cat is going back to China. Nice of you~ EK

There is nothing at all to complain about this hotel. Outstanding and they have cable in English! Outstanding comfortable beds! Quiet! Very relaxing atmosphere! Breakfast was great!
