Navana Nature Escape

We stayed for two weeks and loved our holidays here. The staff is so friendly, we felt very welcome. The hotel looks amazing and definitely has that luxurious and relaxed holiday vibe.

The pools were amazing and kept clean every day. Gym and steam room are a nice touch. We would maybe advise to add some scented oils and instructions for the steam room.

The beach has a very nice vibe with all the lounge chair options, but plastic and garbage kept coming from the sea, even though hotel staff tried to keep it cleaned up. I hope you’ll find a solution eventually, maybe nets around a swimmable area in front of the hotel beach so people can get in the water?

Very spacious and luxurious rooms, we had a room with a large bathroom, a huge shower, bath tub on the balcony and an amazing ocean view. We slept amazingly well.

Rooms were spotless every day, complimentary mini fridge always filled up with fresh water, vitamin drinks and snacks. Cleaning crew was very nice, considerate of our schedule and wishes, and thought us how to say hello!

The restaurant was very flexible, fast and delicious food and cocktails for decent prices. Both western and Thai options are provided. Room service was always very fast. The huge breakfast buffet was always restocked immediately. We were able to taste something different for breakfast every day. The cook stationed in the center of the breakfast buffet making eggs for us in the morning was definitely a plus! We also had a lot of fun making fresh pancakes and bubble waffles with the never ending supply of fresh batter.

There’s multiple convenience stores and streetfood stalls in the neighbourhood for all your needs, but the city center is a 40 minute walk. The hotel offers complimentary hourly shuttle busses for guests to get to the center, and regular bath busses pass by the hotel every few minutes.

Stayed 6 nights in pool villa here.we love here so much.very quiet ,So relaxing. The breakfast is good, a lot of different choices, and it's till 11am. They refill all drinks and snacks and bath products in your room everyday ,even you didn't finish it yet . At the end of stay, our desk was full with snacks and drinks. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus service is also a great thing 👍🏻 the restaurant is not expensive, and the food is yummy and good quality. Massage from the spa center is also good. The best massage we had this trip in Thailand...

What an escape. The hotel was so good. Right on the private beach, water so warm. Room had private pool, super quiet. For those that are traveling may find this place off the beaten path but it is worth the luxury.

So glad that we chose Navana for our stay in Pattaya since we were looking for a place away from the crowds to relax. The property is absolutely stunning and very well appointment. At times we felt like we were living amid a thriving rainforest. The breakfast buffet was among the best spreads we’ve ever experienced, and the staff were lovely and attentive. Would definitely recommend Navana to anyone looking for a fantastic stay while in Pattaya!

Very nice hotel. Great restaurant with many choices on the menu. Both Thai and Western. Spacious rooms with great view. Limited luggage storage options for packing and unpacking.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with gorgeous setting. The room was absolutely perfect very romantic. The beach is not the nicest though. But the hotel grounds are absolutely perfect and stunning. We stayed on a weeknight and our price was about $102 baht equivalency. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with a wide variety and selection of foods. The wait stuff could’ve been a little bit more friendly.

the female staffs are kind and nice to assist us to check in with a angel smile, but the parking and cleaning staffs are relatively bad facial expression when we talked to them, they dun even have any smile on their face.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay. Lovely hotel with nice rooms and sea views.
❤The rooms are clean and have enough space to stay. Best of all, the bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. The bathroom is a good size. Good roof top swimming pool.

Here is such a great experience with exceptional price including breakfast. I chose Deluxe sea view , room was great with free mini bar.

Magnificent breakfast , for me I prefer Thai style than American. U can get river prawns fro breakfast and sticky rice mango 👍🏼👍🏼.

Great, well designed hotel, with friendly staff and superb facilities. The breakfast, just like all the other reviews mention, is excellent (Tip: go down a little later and enjoy it as a brunch). It's very stylish, just a little bit away from the city centre, and easily the best I have visited in Pattaya.

The only negative was the room service food we ordered was not high quality, and the staff didn't understand our request for wine glasses (sent up beer glasses instead). These are very small issues and I will still give this hotel 5 stars as we enjoyed our stay very much.

Room is spacious, staffs are friendly and provide great services. There are good selections of foods for breakfast buffet.

Quiet place to stay, we can have activity inside the place without going outside, because the beach not so beautiful, so they provide customer with facilities inside the place.
Great breakfast as customers recommended, I like Tom yum kung so much, also have Mango sticky rice when I stayed there ❤

Beautiful and tranquil resort. Polite staff who can speak english. Rooms are clean, well-maintained and staff regularly sanitized the common areas! Bfast buffet was great too.

Complimentary shuttle bus to Terminal 21 mall.

Location = Superb!! One side of hotel is main street. Opposite side is sea shore. No need to enter in ally.

The morning buffet is amazing both of food and dessert. The buffet has various kind of food. Tom Yum Goong with large prawn, Stir Fried large prawn with Tamarind Sauce are delicious and unlimited. The desserts are so nice.

Fantastic and relaxed hotel at nice distance from the hectic town centre of Pattaya. The hotel is situated at some distance from the main road, so it's very quiet.
Every day housekeeping with change of sheets and complementary water, soft drinks and little snacks.
The breakfast was very elaborate and some delicious food and fruits.
Extremely friendly staff.
This hotel has a nice swimming pool and also a private beach.
The beach itself is well taken care of, but unfortunately the sea is too filthy to swim in.
Another small point of criticism is the lack of any wardrobe or place for putting your suitcases in the room.
The hotel offers an hourly free taxi service for guests to and from Terminal 21.

I stayed one night on weekend which the hotel was running full occupancies on that day. It makes crowed people. The room was nice and feel cosy. I love the decoration. I really to recommend that shouldn’t miss here is breakfast, it was variety food and delicious too! Only one thing that so unfortunately is the beach that is not able to swim at all and not smell good in sometime.

Marvelous breakfast that match with Thai customer yet other international. They offer well ingredient and tasty both spicy and mild dish like Tom yum kung soup, Tamarind river prawn garlic which so juicy to take with steam rice. The river prawn is premium grade as it big size and freshness. Unlimited of mango sticky rice is the most impressive that rarely found in normal buffet line.⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brand new hotel. It is bang for your buck. The hotel service is fantastic. Not so crowned with tourist. The buffet American breakfast provided variety of food. The hotel gave welcome drink to every guest. Nice atmosphere with plenty of convenient store around the hotel. Good both self driving and tourist without having the car. Various of hotel facility including gym, spa, swimming pool.
