LK The Empress

I have been here as a breakfast guest a few years back and when my ordinary hotel was fully booked I choose the LK Empress. It's a 4-star hotel and I was surprised over the room size and standard. Soft beds instead of the common Thai concreate ones you find in many other hotel. Our room was on the third floor and just a few meters to the gym & pool. Towels for pool or beach use was found in the cupboard where the safebox is.
Refrigerator and microwave ironing board and a central controlbox for all the lights and air-con was found in our standard king-size bed room. Handhold and fixed shower with two front outlets in a well cleaned restroom and good water pressure both warm and cold makes the 5-star rating for the room.
The window view was at a demolition site but it did not bother me thou I had a good view from the pool to the beach and Siam bay.
Everyone of the staf are friendly and serviceminded they give you the standard Thai smile but also genuine ones.
The chef in the breakfast room makes fresh eggs at you chosing, I prefer scrambled with chili and onions and he did it perfect. Lots of hot food, fruit, soup and premade sandwich, toast, croissants. Three types of jam and deserts makes a good breakfast for everyone's taste.

The location on beachroad soi 12 Pattaya gives you short distance to bar's and restaurant. I do like the 10 thb fare ride on the beach & secondroad wich will take you easy around in the center of Pattaya.

My wife and I comes to Pattaya once a year and this will be our new favourite hotel. I will not comment on the pricing because it will depends on how and when you make your reservation. I did mine more then a month before arrival and paid it at the same time.

After a brief miscommunication upon arrival, my room was upgraded to exactly what i had wished for during my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and a breathtaking view of beach road and the beach. The staff at the restaurant was really super great. Went out if their way to make sure you get what you want, where you want and how you want. Super ! Have to mention Meo who i wished i had to serve my coffee and food 24/7. The person i had a misunderstanding with upon arrival, turned out to be the most resourful and essential asset this property has. NIcha was just...Special!

Now, let's talk about the breakfast. It's safe to say that you won't find a better breakfast spread in Pattaya. The food is not only visually appealing but also incredibly tasty. The range of options is impressive, catering to various palates. What's even more impressive is that even guests staying in other hotels can enjoy this fantastic breakfast by paying a nominal fee of only 300 Thai Baht. It's no wonder that I saw many people from outside the hotel coming to experience it themselves.

While the stay at LK The Empress may come with a slightly higher price tag, it is undeniably worth every penny. The hotel places a strong emphasis on hygiene, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests. This attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness is commendable.

The best experience with less price compared to other high grade hotel.Great location just across the beach. Main lobby is very aristocratic. Rooms are big enough with a partial sea view front side(not enough rooms-the main disadvantage of booking)
Cleanliness was very good and staffs are very friendly.

Buffet breakfast very good with variations.Coffe corner is also the best for see view.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful, with a great staff (especially the concierge desk). They're right across from the beach, but with no bars/clubs right next door so you can still get some peace and quiet.

A great hotel for visiting Pattaya. Central, right on the beach, sea view rooms, great breakfast buffet, free sauna, steam room, fitness centre and swimming pool.

I stayed at lk 6 years ago, had great room with ocean views, buffet was great, bacon included. I'm currently there, day 3 of 10. I initially booked 5 days, arrived early and stayed at a different hotel, went online and hit the reserve button for another lk hotel as l wanted to add 5 days to my empress holiday via agoda. Went to LK Empress, talked to staff about my mistake, they called the desk of the other lk and they asked me to go there as well. No problem, short walk, they got my mistake straightened out. Sometimes staff is a little short perhaps but remember they speak Thai. Rooms are pretty much original dated but nice. I advised front desk change my bedding every few days, had issue with one shower head, fixed in an hour, in fact front desk came into restaurant and asked if they could go into the room. Also, they left me 10 water bottles. Saw an Indian post, they wanted more Indian vegetarian food for breakfast. Pattaya and Phuket overrun with those from India. Tons of India restaurants which is not for me. Empress is an elegant older hotel, the furniture though dated is nice and I would not expect hundreds of thousands of investment with the hotel chains being empty for 2 years. Overall, great hotel, great staff. Six years ago, Chinese tourists, they are gone, replaced by Indian and Saudi tourists. I love ❤ LK EMPRESS but likely won't be revisiting Pattaya. Phuket and it's mountains nicer and Koh Samui even nicer. I visited there early in trip and loved it, 80% of businesses closed, not to much traffic.

Relatively old building and old fashion hotel, but with extra large rooms, large bathrooms, balconies, microwave , refrigerator, and of course- meters from Pattaya Beach, minutes from Central festival mall and Royal Garden Plaza Mall, hundreds of restaurants, coffees, and shops around.
Definitely will be back.

We stayed here for 1 week and what a beautiful hotel this is. The rooms are just beautiful. Very nice decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location, right at the beach and jus a short walk away from walking street with all the action. Breakfast is very good and a lot of choice. In front there is a Italian restaurant with some very good food and especially the pizzas are very good. Very nice to sit at the terrace in front of the hotel and just relax before you are going on a night out. We booked a tour at the hotel and it was taken care of very good, nice driver.
We loved this hotel and if we are back in Pattaya again we would stay here for sure.

Had some wonderful Thai green curry here. This in a very impressive looking hotel but I only eat inside the restaurant. The restaurant was large with great big comfortable chairs and well dressed tables. As you entered the restaurant you have a great selection of fresh seafood on show from which customers could choose to eat. The staff here were impressive and impeccable to be attentive to the clientele. I will definitely return to this restaurant as it was top notch and not overpriced.

Very polite and friendly staffs. Air con was nice and cold like a new one. The room look a bit old but everything is working good. The breakfast was freshly cooked with the nice amount of choices.
