Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel for my holiday.

The hotel surprised my boyfriend with a birthday cake during our stay. It was such a sweet and unexpected gesture that made his birthday even more special. The attention to detail and personal touch from the hotel staff truly made our stay memorable.

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. The Thai desserts, birthday surprise, and friendly pool bar staff were just a few of the reasons why our stay was so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and unforgettable holiday experience. Thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay so special. We can't wait to come back!

This is my first time visiting Bangkok. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location, view, room service, staff, cleanliness, food, and drinks are all exceptional for the price. They provided excellent taxi service as well.Bartender Bew is a fantastic, warm-hearted individual who makes fantastic drinks.. If you're really excited about visiting Pataya, take a look at this hotel. You will not be dissatisfied.

Good value for money. Staffs especially Concierge are Very Helpful and Attentive. Nice location with easy access to the beach and it has amazing pool for kids. It is located in rather quieter area of Pattaya which I think is great and more suitable for family. Definitely not far from the central Pattaya and the mall nearby has everything as well.

We were welcomed by friendly staffs and the beautiful smiles on their faces. The breakfast options and its presentation were amazing, the staffs were responsive and the restaurant was clean. We enjoyed so much and we had a great experience. We would like to thank to all the staffs especially Khun Bew who was extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. Thank you very much once again for being a great part of our family vacation here in Pattaya. Please keep up all the good works and we will definitely come back here again.

Very nice hotel near patty beach soi 1 very quiet area good for families

Great hotel with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice clean rooms. Beach and restaurants only 200 meters. Terminal 21 shopping centre 5 minutes walk. Walking street about 5 minutes by car/bus.

A very upmarket 5 star resort located in a prime area in Pattaya. Has a pool, spa and lot of other facilities. Staff is good and room service is prompt. Rooms have attached balcony with good views. Good for family as well as couples.

Excellent infinity type pool on 5th floor. Staff is extremely amiable. Great ambience at the reception. I took stay in superior room and the balcony view was quite splendid (beach visible). They have 1 mini water park as well on ground floor. Breakfast was decent. Room quality was fine, not great. Overall - 8/10

This is my go to hotel for a weekend break. You can walk to Pattaya Beach from here (100m). Plenty of restaurants around.
Very engaging pool area for kids with slides and all. Nice breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Free parking. What more can you ask for ?

Great for kids. Pool / Water park was a big hit. The 7/11 in the parking area is convenient

The rooms are small. The carpeting in the hallways is dirty and worn. The parking garage is TOO SMALL for an SUV!

There are better and less expensive options within a short walking distance.

We ended up staying here due to a massive amount of issues with our first reservation elsewhere (That’s a separate post). So we booked the Mercure on the same day we wanted to check in during a very busy holiday weekend. The rate was not too bad and the check in staff were fantastic. The room was very nice and clean. All of the staff were always helpful and friendly…from the security guards to housekeeping to lobby staff and bell desk. The location is quite convenient to many attractions. I would definitely stay here again. What started as an absolute fiasco for a long weekend ended up being extremely enjoyable.

Good area. Great food. Service was good. Would've been 5 stars if I didn't come back to reception 3 times because my card did t work.

Extremely kind staff and phenomenal location and fabulous rooms with balcony and they have a great selection of food including grilled salmon and seafood also two swimming pools and gym I would recommend it to all visitors

Best location, the room a bit disappointed with with flat pillows and the showers wasnt clean.

A convenient location with a store inside, situated in front of the beach, and near a lively night market.

Great hotel with great kids pool. Great staff especially the front door staff Phot, who is very welcoming, and always checking to see if everything is ok, and if I needed help with anything.
