Blue Siam

If you are around do visit, nice place to hang out and try a good variety of food. The staff is quick. I had a good experience.

We had just a simple meal here on our first visit, chicken fried in holy Basil and vegetarian fried noodles. Both dishes were made to perfection: Basil leaves crispy, fried egg runny, vegetable in noodles plentiful, varied and crunchy. Just heard constant wowing from my woman during her meal, meaning she never had it better. The food as beautiful as it tastes, which is a general rule.
This meal with two drinks in that elegant restaurant with genuinely friendly service was just 259 Baht. That is a very good price, a hotel on a similar level would charge double.

And nice: You can look through the newest Bangkok Post at table. Interesting articles sometimes!

As I heard later, the lady owner is the chef. She had been lucky to learn cooking from some outstanding chefs in Daytona, Florida. So the fine restaurant here is the reward of her having been in chef circles since young ...

The restaurant has got an impressive poster showing the horrible pollution of the sea by plastic. It hands out biodegradable plastic bags. That is all good. But I find if there is awareness of the environment, there should for the least be water on offer from glass bottles, or just free water? Of course that would make food a bit more expensive, but it is the only environment-friendly solution. Guests would have a choice to not have to drink water from plastic.

I am certain that Bow the lovely woman boss here will find a wise solution.

Been to Blue Siam at least 3 times in the last 6 weeks and will continue going to have breakfast or lunch there. Just next door to my condo, it’s very convenient, with a great selection of food and staff also really nice. Edit: Back for dinner tonight and it was awesome, Som tum, green salad and Korean chicken wings, chocolate sundae on the way… love this place!!! Edit added a few pictures from last night dinner 20/11/2022 New to the menu : Quesadillas (so delicious)

We only went here for lunch as we drove around looking for a restaurant where we could park and there is a dirt drive beside the Blue Siam. Inside its a pleasant restaurant with good food and good service.

Arrived with group of 6 from three generations. Quickly seated and orders taken. Good selections for all with deliciously prepared food. All left fulfilled.

Coffee is expensive than Amazon coffee.

Lovely food, attentive staff, a great place to come for everything from breakfast to a full meal or just for a coffee or a cocktail.

Our family's place to eat when in Pattaya.
They are clean, provides good food and good atmosphere.
They offer delivery to nearby places.
Bakery is good and the taste of the food is always consistent. As we frequently dine out a lot in the past, we know quality when we see it and Blue Siam is one that everyone in the family can agree on.

They have a good range of delicious breakfasts, and their Thai food is authentic. They are very customer oriented, a request is never too big for them, always happy to help, and all the staff are friendly and polite.

Unbelievable and probably the best place to eat in Wongamat for thai and western cuisines, especially for breakfast

Nice little place next to the road, delicious food, great service and french bakery included. Easy relaxing atmosphere.

Cannot comment on the food here but the fresh croissants are big, fluffy, crispy and delicious. Order a caramel macchiato and dunk away. Fabulous.

Seating is comfortable and spacious and the service is super friendly.

At the next opportunity will try their food as it seems they open at 0800 for breakfast service

Highly recommend this restaurant on the northern side of Pattaya. Very comfortable seating, big windows and delicious food. My bone in pork chop with pepper gravy and mashed potatoes was cooked very well and my additional garden salad was fresh and flavourful. I’d come back for sure.

Beautiful place, I always go here when I visit to Pattaya. Different dishes. But price more then 1.5 years ago.

When I visit Pattaya I always make a point of dining at the Blue Siam Restaurant.  The Quality of the food is excellent and it is always prepared to very high standards. The staff are well presented and helpful with a smile, which enhances the experience.  The good consistency of the meals at the Blue Siam always encourages me to return as I can be sure that what I choose will always be well enjoyed.  I certainly recommend dining at the Blue Siam without hesitation for breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.

Called in for a smoothie this morning it was excellent,they have a great range of food including English breakfast.
