The venue is awesome except the rooms. They are small and lights are very deem as the sunset occurs. You are not allowed to wear your own (boys swimwear) they force you to take from hotel staff and you end up paying extra to go into the hotel pool.

This hotel truly came to my rescue in a terrible situation. I only spent one night there. But it turned out to be quite a pleasant experience. The reception staff is very nice. The rooms are spotless. The swimming pool is beautiful. And breakfast has a variety to choose from. On the day of checkout I faced harassment from a rude customer. Which shocked and angered me. Fortunately, the hotel was quick to help me by sending CCTV footage within 2 hours and going after the customer to take responsibility for this action. As I was scheduled to return to Bangkok that day, I was unable to handle the situation on my own. But the hotel continued to help me even though I couldn’t stay. As a result, I received compensation from that customer within 1 day.

Best Hotel and Hotel staff suport is very good .They provided two good guide(Laila and Alice) also full day .we enjoyed swimming with music . We did not faced any problem there .If I will go there in future I stay there. Dhanu Coin

Affordable, neat and clean! I loved living in this hotel. Service was so fast and they serve a great food, especially the breakfast. I loved fruits here. So many attractions to visit are nearby the hotel. Have fun!

The location, view, comfort of the hotel is just exceptional. The rooms were really clean. The housekeeping and cleaning was nice and timely. The balcony in the room was so nice and perfect for a evening relaxation. The swimming pool was so clean and so well designed along with elegant sitting area besides the pool. The breakfast menu was nice which included Indian dishes as well. The welcome drinks offered on arrival were great. Overall a very very satisfying experience of staying here.

A nice place, with a nice room and bedroom. It's located closely to a local market, etc. There is a pool and the services provided are great.

The staff is very polite, and, let me say it again, the rooms were quite good for the price. The breakfast here was quite good as well.

It's nice hotel with good fresh rooms. Total 10 buildings hotel. This is approx 10-15 minutes walkable distance from walking street the hub of night life. The hotel serves Indian items in breakfast. The staff is very polite and helpful. They have swimming pool, fitness club as well. Nice comfy beds to get deep sound sleep. They also have interconnected rooms that's good option for family want to stay together. Over all a great hotel to stay.

Once in a time before covid 19 this is one of the best hotel of Pattaya. After covid everyone are suffering to maintain the regular life same happened with this hotel also. laking of staff, budget for maintenance and many difficulties to running a hotel I had seen during my last visit but still there doing good so I recommended Indian people to stay here

I arrived yesterday to the Citrus Grand Hotel. After check-in, they took me to a foor in the hotel where a nurse looks at all your Thailand Pass paperwork (it is the same paperwork you show at BKK and to the hotel) and she takes your nose and mouth swabs. The Covid-19 test came back this morning as negative. I checked out around 11:00.

The room was nice and very clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the meals were very good. It was great that there was plenty of instant coffee and lots of bottled water. The TV reception was great and lots of English channels but I was way too tired to watch any of it.

Most importantly, all the staff is very friendly and helpful. After checking out, they reminded me to return on the 15th for the Day 5 test. While I wish we didn't have to do another covid test, I am happy to return to this welcoming and comfortable hotel.
