Only place to go for samsung repairs, staff are always friendly and helpful.

I was having trouble with my Samsung mobile phone. I took my phone in to have them find out why I can't charge the phone. I was hoping not to have to buy a new phone. They said they would loom at it and get back to me soon. I thought it would take days. They called me later that same day, saying it's ready. They also fixed my fingerprint security that wasn't working for a while. The cost was much less than a new phone. Very 😊

Brought a kitchen appliance (microwave) in for a repair. Customer service staff and procedures was great! Very helpful, courteous and friendly staff. Communication and documentation provided was very impressive. Follow up from technical staff was clear and timely with quoted price and timeframes for repair completion. A good experience. Samsung has a good team assembled at their Kohn Kaen service center. 2 thumbs up.

Service guy came to my place to fix a fridge..He was polite, efficient and solved the problem. This was the 2nd time that I have had an issue with a Samsung product and both times I was impressed by the speedy response and efficiency of the Samsung service team. Thanks!
