Sheepshank Public House

Went for dinner on a Tuesday night and had an amazing meal. Not many people in the restaurant which was great. If you have never been here for dinner then I suggest that you go. The food was delicious. The bruschetta was better than many Italian restaurants serve and the same can be said about the hummus. The pork thigh was a thing of beauty. I had to check twice because the meat was cooked so perfectly that it just melted off the bone. I almost thought it was a brisket. The sauerkraut was excellent, as were the ribs. My only disappointment was that most of the craft beers were finished and I was only able to select from about 5 varieties versus 12. I will definitely be going back again soon.

After eating Thai food for almost 3 weeks, it was refreshing to have some other types of food, and Sheepshank gastropub delivered. Started with the Lollipop Chicken, and it was cooked to perfection with the right amount of seasoning and sauce, and it was very tasty. Next was Oxtail Tortellini.... the pasta was a bit doughy for my liking, but the meat was cooked just right. The bar has a mixture of wine, beer, and cocktails. But since going hard the night before, I decided to wash all the food down with some gingerale.😉🍺 The total bill came to $720 bhat Not the cheapest for Thailand but not the worst either.

As you enter the restaurant, you will be greeted with polite staff. The decorations are hipster and amazing!
You have a wide variety of draft beer at your choose with some good IPAs in the menu

The menus offer a huge array of Western food. I have trouble picking up what to eat,
Everything tasted delicious! The steak is buttery and it melts in your mouth!

All in all, I would 100% recommend the restaurant to all my friends and family, I think the dining experience is worthwhile. I would rate a 9.8 out of 10 for this amazing western food restaurant

It’s a peer beer house next to a port along the chao phraya river. Relaxing atmosphere. Love the crafted beer selection here! To our surprise, the food are amazing too!

Super venue, with great cocktails and wonderful food. Menu is well put together with some interesting things you wouldn't expect. Try the oxtail tagliatelle and crab dip. Both superb

I had lunch here and the food is delicious. No thai food on the menu and I recommend you try one of the cream pasta dishes. It’s a clean modern style restaurant right on the river and it’s very relaxing just looking out at the river while you eat. They have a big selection of draught beer. It has parking.

Great atmosphere, friendly service, nice location on the riverside, tasty beer and good food. Can't really complain about anything. A bit pricey, but considering the quality I think it's fair.

Accidentally found this place and we loved it. Will definitely come back again someday.

Such a wonderful place for romantic dinner in the evening. While you are visiting Bangkok, Khao San road area, it's a great place to eat and enjoy your night. The food and atmosphere is awesome. If you are planning to take your family for dinner or party with staff or you are planning to give a special romantic candle light to your beloved. He/she will love the place. Staff is nice and welcoming. You can view Chao phaya river. Local craft beer is served in bottles and tap. I'm loving It. Lot of cocktails.

Nova is played. Very chill ambient and serves draft beer that changes eve so often.. ask for a taste if you’re unsure what’s your flavor for the night

We loved Sheepshank! They have excellent upscale roasted meat dinner options and quite possibly the best fettuccine we've ever had (homemade with a mushroom truffle cream sauce 😋). They have a small selection of local beers and a nice view of the Rama VIII bridge.

we came for the craft and have not been disappointed. 4 taps from different worldwide and 4 regional taps. not sure bout what they offering beside. decent prices too, round 195 thb for .325l. chilled spot too right by the river
