They sell some phones that they don't sell in other stores. More models, more options. Some staff are unfriendly and poor service others are nice and good.

Good service, good prices

One of the best computer & smartphone store chain in Thailand. Large selection of goods. But for some stupid reason - and this is a sign of poor management- all the technical specifications on display are in Thai language only. Seriously ? In a mall like Central Pattaya you don't care about foreigners buying your products? It is simply outrageous.

Lied to me about a product being out of stock. The product can be purchased online for pickup there, but he said he can't even order it.

Wanted to buy a monitor, but the salesperson was so unpleasant, like she didn’t want to service me. She was on her phone while talking to me and didn’t know much about the specs or the stock. I already decided to buy but on her way to the storage she went to the counter and serviced another person. I ended up buying a monitor at power buy at the opposite side. Service there is much better and they have more variety.

I encountered the most aggressive salesman I've seen in years here. I can't buy anything from a place that treats people like this. I expect it was just the one guy and not all staff are like this, but you have to treat customers better.
