Songserm Ticket Office

The lady who booked our tickets was super patient and so helpful! (We went to 2 other places where they were not that nice). She went above and beyond to help us get to our destination last minute (due to Thai holiday and full moon parties everything was booked out). I don't understand the negative reviews. It is not the actual offices's fault when there are delays in the ferry service. Our ferry was delayed a bit too, so what..sh@t happens.

Pang was so helpful and really gave amazing service. She was so patient and did everything she could to make sure I got off the island on time and with the transportation I wanted- ferry+transfer+sleeper train to Bangkok - even though it was a Thai national holiday! And she always did it with a smile! Pang, thank you so much for all of your help and making it easy for me🙏🏽

We took a boat from Koh Tao to Koh Phangan, the price is slightly cheaper than Lomprayah. We bought the ticket at the office, paid in cash. They rescheduled our boat due to weather conditions, but it’s not their fault. The boat is smaller so it’s more shaky as well, but otherwise everything was alright.

Wir sind mit den Fähren zwischen Koh Samui , Koh pangan und Koh Tao gependelt. Das Team hatte alles im Griff. Gepäck abgeben und außerhalb vom Boot wieder aufnehmen. Klimaanlage lief stark ( lieber noch einen Pulli mitnehmen wenn es zu kalt wird). Die Boote fahren sehr schnell!

No problem with this ferry service. Slightly cheaper thant the other one and no issues with the timing 👌

Be careful when booking online as the online tickets say that the ferry leaves from a different pier to what it to actually does. Despite showing up 30 minutes early, I missed my ferry as the departure pier on my ticket was not where the ferry left from. The staff were very kind though

Tu peux tomber sur un agent sympa qui t'explique tout ou sur un *** qui ne t'explique rien

Le ferry est en retard d'1h à chaque fois, pas de clim à l'intérieur et vaut mieux rester dehors car à l'intérieur il fait toujours plus chaud et l'odeur est nauséabonde.

Office kde si koupíte lodní i kombinovanou dopravu se stejnou společnosti. Pokud chcete ušetřit peníze tak ano, protože společnosti nabízí levnou, ale oproti druhým společnostem pomalou dopravu.
