Galanga

On our last night in Samui, we ate at Galanga and immediately wished we had come here before. The food is divine, the best we had while here. Yes it is a bit more expensive but so worth every delicious mouthful!

The flavours are amazing, great portion sizes and the seafood looked so fresh!

Staff very attentive and welcoming, always smiling and happy to help.

Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back next time! 😁

My first ever visit to a Thai restaurant in Thailand and it did not disappoint, the spring rolls were perfect and the chicken Pad tai was perfect! The beef and brocoli tasted very home made. The service was as good as the food and the location.

I had the soup and tuna with rice. Ingredients all seemed fresh and super tasty. Also had their draft home made beer (had IPA vibes)

Stopped by Galanga for a quick bite. They have a great selection, but I stuck with the appetizers.

The seating is indoor/outdoor. They turned on a fan during the middle of the day to keep us cool. We ordered the chicken satay, shrimp skewer, and mixed veggies. By far, the coconut ice cream was the perfect dessert for the hot weather.

I would recommend only a single scoop, since the coconut ice cream was more expensive than one appetizer. It’s an ample portion for sharing.

I love thai food, and this restaurant serves authentic dishes of high quality, combined with great service and attention to its guests. We had to re-visit during our stay in Chaweng, as this restaurant stands out from the many (amd slightly cheaper) alternatives on the main street. Strong recomendation for the fish dishes!

Chicken Satay for starter was amazing with beautiful flavour. Mains was Chicken Cashew and Massamam Chicken Curry which again were so full of flavour. Service was brilliant.

We ordered the tamarind grilled whole fish as well as the steamed lime whole fish and both were incredibly delicious. The portions were very generous and the price very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend trying this restaurant if you're fortunate enough to be in Koh Samui!

I greatly recommend this resteraunt.
It's a Thai restaurant but they also serve diffrent type of foods like Italian and other nationalities foods. I ate there twice and ordered Thai food.
I ordered grilled tufo skewer, the green curry with tofu instead of chicken, and fried
rice with vegetables and everything was really tasty. The service is excellent, and they've accommodated my request to swap chicken with tofu. Enjoy!

Amazing food. Great vibe. The stuff is always happy to assist with any thing I needed ( including calling to book me appointments ) and always with a big smile. Coming back to the restaurant for the really high level food, lovely service and good vibes. Great location too so you can see live shows after good in the pubs next to the restaurant

The foods were really good. It’s definitely worthy although it’s a bit pricy. We ordered coconut shrimp soup, green curry, fried squids and morning glory vegetable, all tasty!

Very good experience. Really enjoy and the service is good too. I took the beef salad, the spring rolls with duck and the tofu was amazing

The grilled seafood is so delicious so cheap, service is very good too!

For this much of seafood we only paid THB 7600.

Very good restaurant, a lot of different food but we tried seafood and Thai food. Portions were great are the food was truly amazing ! Perfectly coocked fish with crab, shrimps that you could dip in a flavorsome sauce.
The problem at first is the price, it's like a normal restaurant in Europe, but the products here are definitely worth it, it's between 300 and 800 for an average plate, and cocktails are very expensive.

One of the best meals we had on Samui, every dish was very good and the menu has so much choice- wish we’d discovered it sooner!

A sumptuous and simply to die for four cheese pizza and some yummy penne pasta with pesto sauce can simply blow your mind. Busy and buzzing sit inside the air conditioning is good to enlighten the ambiance

We walked in randomly and found the grilled fish to be excellent. Thai style but grilled. One of the best grilled fish I’ve had.
