Overall a great experience. We didn’t have any accidents on this bike, but I did thoroughly check the mechanics. First bike wasn’t quite right so I asked to swap for another (front wheel seemed like it needed an alignment), the breaks, indicators and motor all worked perfectly. Helmets were in great condition and worked well.
Prices, it’s 250B/day and you can have either the choice of leaving your passport or 10,000B as a safety deposit (Aug 2022, not sure if that’s always been the case). Quite steep, so left the passport which always makes me nervous but there were no hiccups so it wasn’t a problem. I’m giving this an overall 5 star review because the woman who helped us was so sweet and helpful, made sure we took photos of the bike to insure us and gave good tips. The ride was smooth and enjoyable, they are open from 8am to 8pm but if you take it back later they have a 50B addition. Seems pretty flexible if you’re having too good a night. My first time rent motorbike in Samui. I heard there are shops want to take advantages from tourists, so I was concerned. But from my personal experience, I highly recommend this place. Professional service, friendly staff, reasonable price. You'll check the bike before you leave, take pics. Just return it as when you rented out. You're free to go. Only one thing bothered me is that you have to leave a passport as "deposit", probably that's how it works here. Overall, wonderful experience.

I read loads of warnings about rental scams on Samui, but I had a painless experience with NIT. The rental was arranged through my resort, where Phyu dropped off and picked up the scooter. Nice guy, honest company. Save yourself a headache and go through NIT.

要壓護照，領車時我們比店員還積極拍照車子有受傷的地方要店員也註記，必免事後爭議，店員態度也很好很配合我們沒有不耐煩，也很有耐心教我們使用方式和注意事項，還車時連檢查都沒檢查就直接把護照還我們，完全不龜毛。

Retter in der Not. Hier gibt es Benzin aus Flaschen. 3 Stück für 100 baht.

The lady recommend we take pictures of bikes and all dents and cracks. She took pictures of everything. But we didn't unfortunately. When we returned the bikes there was a crack on front fairing that was there when we rented the bikes. They charged us extra 400 THB. Horsepoop! They were very dishonest about it and were looking to scam us. The lady knew we didn't take pictures. But she did. She called the old fella when we turned in bikes. They knew immediately they could scam us because we didn't take pictures. Not my first time in Thailand. But the first time I've been scammed in Thailand. Paid the 400 baht to avoid an international incident. Would never rent from them again, didn't expect it. They were nice when we got bike, but scammers when we dropped off. Scooter renters beware!

In January 2023, I rented a car (the car is more than 12 years old). The car was damaged on every detail. When I returned the car, a small scratch was added to the bumper, they tried to take a 10,000 baht fine from me and did not give me a passport. I called the police and we barely agreed on a fine of 5,000 baht. The police were on my side!!!

We ourselves offered 3,000 baht, but they very rudely demanded only 10,000! Fines when returning cars - their additional earnings!!!

These are very evil people! This is the first time I've seen them in Thailand in many years!

Aufpassen Abzocke!!! Ich habe mir bei der Vermietung dort einen Roller geholt, der Preis ist echt billig. Liegt wohl an der schlechten Qualität welche diese Roller aufweisen. Zuerst hatte mein Freund einen Unfall mit einem Roller von denen und danach auch Ich selbst. In beiden Fällen gab es unsererseits Beschwerden über die Bremsen der Fahrzeuge.

Ich bin mit meiner Freundin einen sehr steilen Abhang hinunter gefahren und auf einmal viel die rechte (Vorderradbremse) vollständig aus. Keinerlei Bremswirkung mehr kam seitens dieser Bremse.

Der Abhang war viel zu steil und nur die Hinterrad Bremse konnte unser beiden Gewicht nicht halten trotz vollem durchdrücken der letzten funktioniernden Bremse haben wir einen schrecklichen Unfall gebaut.

Nach dem Unfall habe ich direkt die Bremse überprüft und konnte in voller Fahrt die rechte Bremse vollständig durchdrücken ohne keinerlei Bremswirkung zu erhalten. Leider habe ich davon kein Video gemacht, weil ich dachte die Bremse würde weiterhin so verbleiben. Was war, am nächsten Tag ging sie wieder und ich durfte nach all dem Stress im Krankenhaus nochmal 8000 Baht obendrauf für den Roller zahlen. Keinerlei entgegen kommen seitens der Vermietung. Das die Bremse ausfiel könne ich nicht beweisen und somit persönliches Pech.

Das sind meiner Meinung nach sehr schmierige Betrüger.

Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen sich woanders umzuschauen.

What out! Achtung Finger weg!

Haben hier einen völlig desolaten Roller für viel zu viel Geld bekommen. Als wir bei der Anmietung den Zustand montiert hatten, bekommen wir einen besseren. Weit gefehlt. Der zweite war auch in einem völlig miesen Zustand. Rechte Bremse funktioniert gar nicht und durch einen Sturz davor wackelte ständig der Lenker. Da wir aber schon bezahlt hatten könnten wir das Geld nicht mehr zurück bekommen. Wir zahlten 1300 für eine Woche. Überall in der Umgebung bekommt man einen schon für 1000 und in einem neuen Zustand. Ich kann nur sagen bloss hier nichts anmieten!

The quality of the bikes are really bad. We deal for a bike and the quality war really bad. We change it in a other one but this bike was also bad. The brakes are down and the While driving the whole bike is shaking because of an accident before. We paid for a week 1300 in the village you can get a better one for 1000.
