Terrible food and service. Stay away from this restaurant. I contacted them via email and made a reservation one week ahead of time. Since we had a large party of 22 people, they made us pre-order from a Prix Fixe menu. Understandable. Things went downhill as soon as we arrived. Ordered a bottle of vodka. They gave us a bottle that was already opened and after we got our shots, we realized it was not vodka, it was water. Are you kidding me!!?? Flagged the owner down and he gave us a new bottle, opened it in front of us. He started to pour everyone a shot and before he finished serving our party, he poured himself a shot half way and took one. WOW. We had a 4 course dinner that took over 4 hours. There was only other party of two in the entire restaurant. No excuse. If they couldn't handle our party, they should've been upfront. The food wasn't even good. Half our party was tired of waiting an hour in between courses and left before dessert arrived. I don't understand why our dinner took so long, we pre-ordered ahead of time so they should've been well prepared. We paid $100 per person and it was not worth it. Wish there were more reviews for this place before we made a reservation. The restaurant itself offers nice views of Koh Samui and is very pretty. But that is it. This restaurant should be called ZERO GEMS.
