Code Samui Hotel

This is a perfect Boutique Hotel, the Pool Terrace room was very large and incredible clean. From the moment of checkin to leaving the staff are very helpful. I found the bed to hard for my liking so this was also solved upon immediate request.

Whilst staying I had a full relaxation massage, which was done in the spa facilities which are likewise very soothing and fragrant. The massage was amazing and I would strongly recommend to any guest to have one.

The gym and the rejuvenate area are also superb.

I would definitely return to the hotel.

Code is perfect, It was a happy surprise how peaceful this side of the island is, set back just far enough to be away from it all and yet so close to be in the action or conveniences if you decide. The view from our room of the other islands is stunning you could gaze across the shores all day if you wish. Everything is so clean and tidy here, the staff is delightful and so sweet to our children. I love the restaurant here, it’s affordable, on point and everything I have tried has been so delicious! Our bed is so cozy it reminds me of home - Great pillows and blankets, wonderful air conditioning, the salt water pool is perfectly tempered. You can tell that this place is very much cared for and well thought out. 10/10

Benz was new to the restaurant staff and she was better than amazing! The breakfast was included and I thought the menu options were pretty good seeing as though we were only here 4 days and it’s atleast 6 options lol

The only down is the room we booked was worded to have been a higher floor room with a sea view terrace but the staff said every room is seaview so the first floor was what we got. It was a good room still but be on the lookout. If it’s not penthouse you can be on the 1st floor

Overall great experience they rent scooters at the bottom of the hill for cheap and it’s a lot of good traveling to do here on this island

Luxurious hotel, incredibly quiet, a great pool with an amazing ocean view, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in a quieter part of Koh Samui. The only downside is the steep hill up and down the hotel and always requiring a taxi or bike to really move around.

Absolutely loved my stay at Code hotel. I can’t wait to come back. The rooms are beautiful and the view of the sea is amazing.

Thiri is a fantastic manager. Her communication was brilliant. She is a credit to the hotel.

The staff at the restaurant were so so friendly. They made me feel so welcome. Especially Som. I’ll miss her cappuccinos with big hearts on!

Service: very nice, hotel employees are very kind, immediately available when you need something, very polite. Manager of the hotel takes care about the quality service, he pays strong attention to small details. The french manager gave us lot of tips, lot of place to visit. We brought our baby with us and she received lot of love and care from all the employees. We felt very safe here. Hotel can take care for you the motorbike or car location. Before we arrive, our rented car was already prebooked for us and parked in the hotel.

Room: outstanding cleanliness. The room and the hotel in general were spotless! Superb view from the room, we could see bang por beach from the balcony. Swimming pool is cleaned with salt and not chemical such as bleach. Which is very good in case you would like to make your infant enjoy the water, infant skin is sensitive to such a chemical product at this age.

Location: we visited lot of beaches and without not doubt the closest beach to the hotel (bang por beach) is the best beach of the island: very quite, very large sand, nice restaurants and places to chill on this beach. Also 10 min far from fisherman village, which is convenient to go to night market.

Price: pricing is value for money, not too expensive. For me best combo is to rent car explore all the island and stay on such hotel rather than being stuck in very expensive resort.

Code is located in the mountain. It is a perfect view of the ocean. The room are spotless cleaned, the hotel staff are outstanding. Shout out to the restaurant staff Benz and Lay, they make every meal special. The food Al the restaurant is really good. The massages with Karn is amazing and relaxing and fair prices. Thini at the reception is super efficient. The staff and this place made my best vacation ever and my stay more than special.
Rent a car is the best option to moving around Koh Samui. I’ve rented the car at Sixt in the airport and visit many places.
Code is 8 minutes far away from Four Seasons hotel.
I keep the hope in my heart to return soon 🙏🏻💓🥰

From the first day of my 11 day stay in Feb/Mar this year, 2023, Thiri, Nune and the staff bent over backwards to help me out with all my needs.

I had problems with the Wi-Fi, so we conversed until that was sorted out. I asked for an ironing board. It was in my room at the end of the day. I got lost trying to find somewhere specific on the coast. They came and picked me up. One of the staff gave me a quick lift on their moped so I could see the sun rise that morning. I’m telling you they bent over backwards to help make my stay enjoyable.

They made me and my party of friends so welcome, we had people staying at the Code for approximately a month.

There was a set menu for breakfast and if you wanted to alter it slightly especially for your dietary needs they were happy to serve. All the food was fresh! I’m sure if they could they would have a cow round the back! 🤪🤣 I know their eggs were very local 😉. I drank and ate a lot of coconut. And their cocktails 🍸🍹 were stunningly delicious 🤤.

My room was big and spacious. I loved the air conditioning 😅. Massive bed, waterfall shower wet room, a place to lounge and bottled water forever replenished. They are hot on hydration 😉😅.

The infinity pool was cool and refreshing and it was lovely to lie on the lounge seats for a bit of R&R. I thought the view stunning. Beautiful trees down to the sea - lovely 🥰.

Not that I did much relaxing 😅. Thiri & Nune would help us with our trips and travel when we booked to do any excursions, making sure we didn’t miss our trip.

All in all, I had the best time!

Hotel room are very clean and nice design.
I stayed there only 3nights feel like not enough.. I wish I could stay and enjoy there more .

We stayed at Code for one month, it was beautiful, relaxing, immaculate hotel with fantastic staff always helpful and kind. Phunyanuch Tengthong especially was fantastic at her work very professional and helpful at all times.

I was staying at the Code hotel with a group of friends in March and had an excellent service and hospitality. Manager Nune took care of every request of mine with professionalism, care and kindness. Going down the line to the staff at the restaurant and housekeeping were awesome and always greeting me with a smile. When I find time to go for vacation again beautiful island and people of Koh Samui will see me again. I highly recommend the Code hotel to any traveller to the island. Ask for Nune the manager and you will be taken care of.

I stayed at Code with my two children for the test and go. The service I received was superb. The taxi was at the airport waiting and was extremely friendly and helpful as were all the staff we dealt with. The food was absolutely delicious and the whole test and go situation was very easy as they gave me all the information I needed and helped with everything. The room was externally spacious and the bed was huge and so comfortable which is just what I needed after 30 hours of travelling. I highly recommend them and thank them for making a potentially stressful landing so easy and relaxing.

We absolutely loved everything about this beautiful amazing hotel - location (peace, serenity and quiet - not too much traffic), view (stunning), design (clean and modern), staff (especially May and Wat), breakfast all top notch. We always rent a motorbike in Samui and it's super easy to get around and visit e.g. Chaweng (25min) or Lamai (35min). We really liked that it's literally 10min to get the sunset view and there is no noise from the main road at all, you literally wake up with the crickets and beautiful sounds of the island and can walk to the beach in under 10min down the hill (or with the motorbike in 3min). This was our 2nd visit and we will be back many times for sure

Stayed with my daughter, absolutely fabulous 2 bedroom room with lots of space. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook. Excellent breakfast selection and yummy cocktails. The shuttle was an added bonus. The staff were very helpful and I'd definitely stay again ❤

Lovely hotel and the view from the hotel was amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staffs are very friendly, knew English so communication wasn't much of a problem, and they would do whatever they could to help us out. Absolute value for money and this is one hotel which people should surely experience while they are in koh samui.

This Code is definitely a gem and I will be back with my family next time. P Nune and her team were very professional and made sure our stay was a good one. Thire, Aksam, Ley were only a few that served us regularly.
Each suite overlooks the ocean. The restaurant has good food and a nice selection of drinks as well. They also have a spa but only one person can use it at a time.
The place is clean and they provide transportation to get down to the town. I highly recommend The Code. It starts with great a manager Nune who has trained her team well to make the place great! Until next time...

Fantastic hotel, beautifully designed and decorated rooms with stunning views and extremely clean, the bedding was really comfy and the swimming pool is huge.
The standard of food is excellent, great presentation and choice even for a fussy vegetarian like me, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend this place.
