Great car great price great staff !

Certainly good value with quality car and professional staff. The one thing to be aware is that lanes in Koh Samui are narrow and accident can be hard to avoid. I had an incident with a scratch and was charged with 6,000 Baht, i checked with 2 autoshops who also on their own said it's the cost to fix. Wasn't most pleasant thing but admittedly it was self fault. The primary thing they charge what you caused, not try to scam you for more.

Nous avons eu une voiture dès notre arrivée de l’aéroport sans réservation au préalable. Magnifique voiture toute neuve qui sentait bon et avec full options à un prix dérisoire contrairement au reste du marché. Avec siège auto de luxe pour notre petit bébé. Le personnel est très gentil et à l’écoute. Pas de soucis d’arnaque au moment de rendre la voiture. Nous recommandons fortement et nous reprendrons une voiture !

Great cars and price. Only complaint was calling the local office on the phone they wouldn’t answer when I had a problem. Had to keep calling for about 1 hour before someone answered finally (between 8-9am - so during office hours).

I hire avis cars all around the world, and this was by far the worst car I have ever hired with the company. Surely someone checks that the agent has cars that meet avis standards

Total communication nightmare. No email address, online form not working, hotline operated by people with insufficient English language capacties, If you have a problem with the car you are lost. No communication possible.

Phone doesn’t work
