Friendly service, running scooter, no scam problems. We ordered a bike through our hotel and it was brought to us within 10 minutes. The bike was in decent shape and came with two helmets that could have been in better shape. Drop off was easy, we just handed the keys over and they quickly checked the bike and headed off. We booked through our hotel but would rent from this company again.

Really rude and bad customer service! Not recommended at all

I’m an experienced motorcycle driver and wanted something more than a Honda click so I rented a 155cc N-Max through our hotel Kimpton who recommended this place Cha Car Rent.

When I got it and went for a ride I noticed that it’s definitely a derated engine. Would barely get up a small hill. Tried to exchange the bike and the guy refused got annoyed and rude and said it could only be driven on flat roads.

The owner of the shop has been very unclear and used threatening tones dealing with their return policy. Furthermore he admitted clearly that they try to cheat tourists since “everybody is doing so” in the area.

Be careful in dealing with them, there are better shops in town.
