We had a great and memorial time in this hotel.
Food, room,and all facility is amazing.i would love to say all staff were wonderful.especially Non is remember the name of customers and greeting every day. Also we want to reserve taxi, he take care a lots.
Also we had a great time with Beth. He thought me a Kick boxing at the beach. I am big fan of him. Thank you so much every one in this hotel!!! I want to come back next time too.

We had 10 great and relaxing days as a family, with very good food and lots of relaxation.

The rooms are beautiful designed and are huge.

Stayed here for 3 nights. It was excellent. The pool was gorgeous! The breakfast was really really good too. Really fresh good quality fruits and cooked food!
Only slight problem was that the hotel can get damp when it rains, which it did while we were there. We had to confirm with reception that it was safe to breathe in as the smell was that bad, which they confirmed it was. They also sent up house keeping with extra candles and matches for the oil burner that’s in the bathroom. They did offer for us to change rooms, but we declined as we had already moved rooms that day due to extending our stay.

**Arrival and Check-In**
Upon arrival at Outrigger Beach Resort Koh Samui, tired from the long journey, our excitement soared as we were greeted by the warm smiles and welcome of the staff and the breathtaking view of the front of the hotel. It looked very nice,resulting in us forgetting how tired we were. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff ensured that all our luggage and needs were met, making us feel instantly welcomed and valued. At arrival we received a drink to relax before we were escorted to our rooms.

** Luxurious and beautiful rooms**
Stepping into our room was like stepping into a haven of luxury and comfort. The room was tasteful decorated with modern amenities. The bed provided was very good and all the services you need (even an ironing board) are provided. If you need some extra amenities like extra towels, you can easily get more via the hotel app on your phone.

**Relaxation and Recreation**
Whether lounging by the pool, indulging in a spa treatment, or partaking in the various recreational activities offered, there was never a dull moment at Outrigger Beach Resort. The resort's extensive facilities provided us of ample opportunities for relaxation and adventure, allowing us to create unforgettable memories during our four day stay. You can participate in the countless daily activities the hotel has to offer, from relaxing at the magnificent pool to a great lasergame or table tennis game.

Throughout our stay, the staff at Outrigger Beach Resort went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail truly set this resort apart, making us feel like a cherished guest from the moment we arrived until the moment we reluctantly said goodbye. We realy would like to thank Non, a friendly,talkative funny and smart man for his help, funny moments and his ability to charm us during our stay. He helped us with tips am tricks while perfecting his english and dutch (😁). He knows a lot about the vicinity and venues ti visit. We really think he is talented enough to be a great guide fir the hotel! Thanks Non!

Ideal location for family stays, the kids love the pools and especially the water slide. Convenient that you can also eat/drink by the pool (Edgewater). Can access the beach from the pool area. Great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, my kids also love the kids club that offers various fun activities

We visited outrigger last week, it was an amazing property, we had an extremely comfortable stay.
The room size was good and the location is pretty good.
The breakfast spread is very nice, we are pure vegetarians and requested for veg breakfast and they arranged a few dishes . Next day we wanted to eat something indian for breakfast, Mr Barnard was great so have us provide us Indian breakfast.

Very friendly staffs with good service. The room I got is very beautiful. I love this feel of decors. There are two wimming pools but the nicer one need crossing the road.
They have a nice club house as well and would recommend you to visit.

This has been the best hotel of my trip so far. Lovely location. Very clean and well presented hotel. Great food. Views are stunning. Cocktails great.

Great for families. The rooms are outstanding. The breakfast is good. The food is very very good, and reasonably priced. The childcare is a fantastic option for stressed parents who need a holiday, too. The pools are great. The only downsides are location and the beach, but if you're happy with staying just at the resort, then it's perfect.

We have been travelling around Ko Samui quite a lot and have experienced many different hotels here including ones with bad smell, old furniture etc. As we started our journey here we decided to return to this Hotel because it is way the best, nicest pool and Price/Value worth and a definite recommendation.

This resort has been a wonderful experience for us.Rooms are spacious and very clean.Quality of food served is excellent and presentation superb.Staff are very friendly and professional and take pride in their positions even addressing Guests by name. Location is right on the beach at Edgewater and a safe crossing of the road at the hotel entry is assured every time by day and night.We come to Thailand for a month every year and stay more often at Khao lak because the Robinson Club there is Top notch however, we have now found a resort which is definitely five star standard and is a credit to the Management and we have observed how well they interact not just with Guests but with the Staff also.The only downside is the Spa.We Ladies would normally spend well on pampering in our resort but it is obvious that the Spa is outsourced and a huge disappointment. There are however great massage and beauty salons just a short walk away.Thank you for making us feel welcome from Check in and nothing requested was a problem. We will be returning Guests.

We stayed for 7 nights and had a really good experience, we loved this hotel. The staff were very attentive and super helpful when needed. The rooms and beds were comfortable, great pillows and linen. It had a colonial vibe, clean and breezy.

The beach is across the road, with the main pool overlooking the shore line. The beach is not suitable for swimming, it’s slushy. But the pools make up for it, and they had good tunes on the stereo, which was a plus!

I want to really commend the staff for action taken with an injury that my friend had. He trod on coral at The Pig Island, and needed a doctor asap, who came to the hotel within half an hour to literally do surgery on his foot. The staff were really swift with their actions, caring and efficient. They even let us have our special package dinner in the room, as my friend couldn’t walk.

Thank you so much, we had such a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day!

We had a great time calling Outrigger home for 10 days. A huge thank you to the team that made our stay special. Kawee, Mui, Noot and everyone looking after us at breakfast and the wonderful team at Edgewater. The food was amazing and the hotel had everything we needed for a chilled out holiday.

Great rooms, great service, our porter, Non, was amazing, very helpful and polite considering it was his first day when we checked in! Would definitely recommend, location is perfect and the access to the beach is very easy.

Very friendly staff. The manager and head chef arranged for Pure Veg and Jain food also. The breakfast spread was very good. The swimming pool is just next to the beach.

really pretty entrance, lobby & environment throughout this resort, feels very warm & welcoming. the pool across the road is lovely, breakfast buffet is pretty good, lots of variety & a nice setting to sit & eat. we got one of the basic rooms, was all we needed. clean, tidy, a lot of character & quite cute. i love the dark wooden décor etc. the staff at lobby were really nice. only booked for 2 nights, would of happily stayed longer :)

We've spent 10 nights at the resort and I gotta say we've had an amazing experience overall.
The rooms were clean and well kept, the staff were very nice in all departments from room service to kitchen and reception. (Shout out to Norbert at reception who was an amazing guy and very helpful.) The location was perfect as well for us as it wasn't at the busiest area, but with a short walk you could reach anything you need.
Private beach and pool area is spacious and comfortable also with a creative outlay. 10/10

We stayed an enjoyable 4 nights.
Very nice staff helped make our stay pleasant and relaxed.
The view from the room didn't have a great outlook but the room itself was very comfortable and clean.
Of particular note was the wonderful presentation of our room on arrival, recognising my wife's birthday - happy wife, happy life, as they say.
I'd happily return.
