The lady inside was super helpful and sweet.

Provided us with a scooter, some tips around the island and we booked our boat tickets here as well.

Der Info Point ist echt super. Es gibt hier eine sehr nette Bar, direkt am Steg. Super Aussicht.

Bei Ankunft auf Koh Mak läuft man direkt auf den Info Point zu. Christine ist die gute Seele, spricht deutsch und kann euch Hotels, Fähren, Ausflüge und Roller besorgen. Bei Fragen ist sie immer behilflich! ....du machst einen super Job, fünf Sterne sind noch viel zu wenig.👍👍👍👍👍

Her fik vi virkelig god hjælp i forhold til dagsture, taxa, restauranter på øen og leje af golfbil. Det gjorde en stor forskel for vores ophold og oplevelser på Koh Mak.

FYI: if you need to get cash and the ATM on the island is empty again, you can exchange money with 5% purchase next to the info point in the resort.

A very useful stop for booking travel from and around Koh Mak. The lady who works here speaks excellent English and German, and seems knowledgeable. Sometimes she is a bit grumpy.

The Thai people are so nice. But the woman working in this info point is a bit cold and not to friendly. It would be so much better for the people here if you are more friendly to them

La personne à l'accueil est très mal-aimable et n'a pas l'air d'apprécier le contact client, mauvais choix de métier...

I paid for a ticket to Bangkok with departure time 12.50 from Koh Mak.
This time was on the ticket.
When I arrived at thr peer there was no ferry.
A lady at the peer helped me to go on the next ferry leaving 14.30

We had a terrible experience booking through this tourist information. I booked a ferry from Koh Mak to Koh Kood for 400Thb.
The lady we spoke to her English was not very good, we spent 10 min chatting to her, in which she confirmed that a taxi would pick us up from our hotel around 10:30 and that the boat would leave at 11:00.

No taxi arrived we have to ring and try find our own taxi and nearly missed the ferry.

Also the ticket doesn’t have any information to which pier you need to go to, and they’re is another pier on the other side of the island..

Thankfully we went back to the main pier just in front of the tourist information and caught the ferry just on time.

Falsche Frau für dieses Business mit Kundenkontakt.

Unwahrscheinlich unhöfliche Verkäuferinso viel Unfreundlichkeit begegnet man selten in Thailand.

Sehr unhöflich und genervt. Hatte einen Ausflug gebucht und sollte abgeholt werden, niemand kam. Zum Glück noch nicht bezahlt.
