We bought tickets from Samui to Krabi. Pick up at hotel, ferry and bus to Krabi. Later read all the bad reviews, but too late to change plans ;-)
The trip went exactly as promised. Got picked up by minivan at our hotel on time. The driver gave us tickets to ferry and bus. Drove us right to the ferry. Big, comfortable a/c bus waiting on the other side. Arrived 20 minutes late in Krabi Bus Terminal, where different transportation options waited.
Very pleased with the whole arrangement.

We went from koh samui to krabi. I was sceptical first from the other reviews, but everything went great and I actually cant think of anything that I would change.

The ferry and also bus were right on time, we left within minutes and even arrived ahead of schedule.

And if you want to save some money and trip, go directly to this place to buy ticket from them it was 580. On 12go or other sites, even the sellers at the stands will charge you 650-750 for the same stuff

Booked trip Lamai to Aonang with 12Go. Travel time from hotel to hotel approx. 9 hours. Everything went well then it was just a matter of exchanging the mobile tickets for the paper tickets at the Phantip Travel Koh Samui station which is about 500m from the ferry. You get a sticky note so you don't have to worry about where you're going. As usual in Thailand, you will be well taken care of by knowledgeable staff who will point and show you the way to the right vehicle. Very flexible and pleasant treatment by the staff in the office. I took a motorcycle taxi, about 100bath to the pier.

Best experience with Phantrip travelling from Koh Samui to Koh Lanta. Our driver J was amazing- super friendly, helpful and accommodating. We have travelled for over 3 months and this was the smoothest and best travel day yet.

Great service and had no issues at all! Staff were very helpful and the direct service to Phuket was easy. Highly recommend travelers traveling between Phuket or Krabi to the islands.

The company is so efficient and well organised. They made my trip from Surat Thani to Koh Samui and back effortless and stress free. They were on time and the trips went smoothly.

It's good transportation they got a bus service from the surratthani airport to Don sak pier and a ferry service from don sak pier to na thon pier Samui

We used Phantip travel to get from Surat Thani to koh samui. Everything was fabulous, got a minibus to pick us up from our hotel, then a coach to the pier and then onto the ferry. No issues with bags all the staff were friendly and spoke English too.

Ride from Airport to Ko Samui went really smooth. Luggage was still on the plane, while my wife went outside and booked a ride, so the bus waited for us. After the ferry a minivan waited for us and brought us to our hotel on the other side of the island. Great service!

All went smoothly no issues, it appeared organised chaos on arrival at the office due to people to all differentdestinations, lady with walkie talkie organising everything but also making sanwiches and serving snacks etc but I figured they knew what they were doing and they did it 😊

Totally recommend! I travelled from Koh samui to Khao sok. I supposed to have a pick up from my hotel in Koh samui at 6:30am, they called me 6:20 that the driver is on the way, and he was on time! I supposed to be in Khao sok at 2:30pm and I was there at 1:30pm!

The entire journy from Koh Samui to Koh Phi Phi was perfectly organized, with no delay whatsoever.

We were a bit cautious about this company as we read some quiet bad reviews. I find it totally unjustified and not grounded. The company did everything on point.

Very good service and English speaking staff , i was booking tickets there and i kept my backpack overthere and i roam around the island till my boarding time . They called me and reminded departures time and all .

Highly requested to book bus at office instead of online, almost time online booking will not show the real seat capacity. When i was trying to book via online there wasn’t any available seats. Bt when i went to direct office there have en numbers of available seats .
