i was given a year old car as i wanted.
only thing they should look into is to get the headlights fixed it was not so bright for night driving.

rest me and my family loved driving the car, & we hope to use the services from Drive Car Rental in other locations in near future.

Incredibly professional and thoughtful staff. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things. A car is a car, but a staff that cares the way Rang cared for us is priceless. When we arrived I was quite ill from a boat trip. Rang prepared the car with AC to assure I was set before we departed. When we returned the car we had forgotten to fuel the vehicle. Rang pointed out that we had time to take care of this and come back, which we did. What a difference it makes to have personal service, truly great. Thank you Rang!

Very easy on pick up at Samui Airport helpful staff. Return was just as smooth. Highly recommend this company. Car was comfortable and in good order.

I was very happy with the rental company. When there was an issue with the film on the windshield they gladly replaced the car. When the car’s insurance policy expired they called and came out to replace the tag. We were concerned about a minor incident with the car and they said it wasn’t a problem at all. They make you feel very comfortable about driving and understand that minor scratches are normal. The staff was wonderful. I will definitely use the Koh Samui Airport Drive Car Rental again.

I rented a car from Drive Car Rental for 4 days in Samui. The friendly staff sent me the car at the place where i stayed. It was really great service.
The quality of car is worth the price i paid. It's cleaned and no any problem while i used it. I will think of Drive car rental first, if i need it.

Fantastic service throughout the hiring. Clean vehicle, easy pick up and drop off. We had a flat tyre but Khun Oil and her team fixed it really quickly and were helpful throughout. Would highly recommend.

National Car hire at Koh Sumui Customer service. Staff representative 'Oil' (Miss Somruedee Chootungyo) went over and above her duty to help me and my family out last week as we struggled with the budget rental guy who was an absolute puppet (as he only spoke through his on the phone manager who was also a clown). Oil was instrumental in helping us resolve our issue with another firm,and help call our onward hotel to tell them that we were delayed. she printed off our voucher as the 'Budget' desks could print it. Basic help from budget was hopeless. I would not only recommend her personally but she went through their cars and I wished I had booked with her. much better. 5 star person.
