The tastiest fried rice I ever had. The owner is very friendly - we chatted a little bit , he recommended good snorkeling spots and then invited us to have drinks with him in the evening!
Needless to say, we couldn’t resist such an offer) had couple of drinks with him and his stuff later. Really goo place!

Absolutely one of the best places to eat on the whole island. We went back twice because of the food, atmosphere and the owner and his sons? Hands down one of the better Thai food experiences we've ever had.

We went there for lunch twice, and stayed for over 2 hours both times because of amazing food. The fish!
And of course getting some of the owners homemade snaps obviously made it all the better!

To us it felt like the first fairly authentic experience on the islands. The food was delicious. Friendly family, little English though. Try the Gaeng Ba (herbal curry on the menu) if you can handle the heat.

Great little seafood restaurant. Located in the middle of the road, but nicely surrounded by lush plants and tree leaves providing that pleasant greenery and shade. All the dishes we ordered were delicious and fresh. An added bonus is better price compared to the "main street shops". Definitely give it a visit.

Very local, family owned restaurant guaranteeing an authentic Thai experience. Nonetheless, excellent food for unbeatable prices (compared to the rest of Koh Kood) and the super-friendly owners might even give you a free sip of their homemade snaps if you are lucky :) There is an English menu and they speak some (very limited) English, so ordering is not a problem. Two of the best meals I had in Thailand!

Loved the spicy herbal fish curry, so much flavour! The spring rolls, shrimp tom yum and som tam were all delicious and very fresh.

It's not working currently (Dec/2023). We don't know why, as the owner doesn't speak English, but he was nice and friendly. We wanted to try it out due to the reviews. Maybe next time?

Great Thai food and the owner is really friendly

Husband and wife owned restaurant. Husband previously worked for many years at a high high-end Resort as the head chef. Super friendly and excellent authentic Thai food. If you are heading to the waterfall or south of the island make sure to make this your priority to eat food here on your way. You might not eat anywhere where else during your stay after eating here. It's only 18 minutes from city center.

If you are looking for authentic Thai food: this is your place. A sweet family is running this place and they will give you the most fresh Thai food, always with a smile. Their noodles are home made and recommended. A lot of Thai people eat here every night; always a good sign!

Really good thai food for really low prices! Very friendly owners even though they don't speak english that well ;) ask them for jadong - their very special herbal drink which they make on their own :)

Family run restaurant. Very friendly. Food good and a lot of Thai people eat here also. The noodle soup is fresh and very good.
