Sea Far Resort

I spent 1 week at the Seafar and I can tell you that if the opportunity arose I would go back without any hesitation. First of all, the welcome and service were impeccable. The manager is truly adorable. Then there's the idyllic location, with its long sandy beach and crystal-clear water - what more could you ask for? The food was very good and we had a great time as a family with the children who loved playing with the games provided on site.
Excellent family holiday, I can't recommend this place highly enough.

The service was superb. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They served us blue hawaii welcome drinks which were refreshing. The beach was very nice tho we came during monsoon season. The food was appetizing and the amount was a bit overwhelming. Lol Worth every Baht we spent.

Beautiful relaxing beach break during our time in Thailand. Room a little small for four of us (two double beds in a room made for one), but clean and well maintained with lovely hot shower. Beach picturesque with fantastic sunset. Service very good, staff all attentive and helpful. Location a little remote, which is fine if that's what you are after, but motorcycle hire is cheap so opportunity to get out and explore the island. Would recommend and return.

Good place, by the beach with a nice pier and overall good facilities. Large bedroom, comfy king size bed and hot water. Bathroom was ok. Nice coffee shop, big portions at the restaurant. I'm vegan and they well accomodated all my requests. No gym at the moment, just some old rusty, dusty equipment at a second coffee shop located 600mt away from the resort, which I couldn't use because of the conditions. Staffs well trained. Recommended.

Fantastic and well managed Family owned Resort on one of the nicest beaches on Ko Koot. Perfect starting point to discover the island with a scooter. Nice staff and great drinks on the beach bar. Food could improve.

Our 4 night stay in Seafar was excellent. Have to say that we were really surprised how amazing Koh Kood is, much better than whole Koh Chang!! Of course only if you are not party type, as on Koh Kood is nothing. Seafar itself has absolutely everything, stunning beach location, crystal clear water, white sand, great restaurant, helpful staff, had some hard time to get my wife from this place:-). In case you have enough money, take first three blue bungalows on the beach - C1, C2 or C3, they have the best location on whole beach with great bathroom overlooking the beach. Easy one hour ferry ride from Laem Sok or Koh Chang Bang Bao pier. Better to take Ko Kut Express boat for 100 thb more (600 thb from laem sok, 900 from koh chang) as they are arriving directly to Seafar pier, so no need to wait and travel another 20-30mins with Songhtaew from Koh Kood main pier. Hard to find any negatives..some smell from bathroom, but this is almost everywhere in Thailand, beach was bit destroyed by tropical storm Pabuk, no big deal as the beach is quite big and only small part was destroyed ..and the most annoying was amount of noisy russians, but the whole area is quite big so you can find your place...

The service is wonderful. The whole place is in impeccable condition. Nearby reef to snorkel (equipment free of charge). Kayaks were also available on the beach for no charge. Excellent place for families.

We spent a lot of time at this resort beach and restaurant but lived 2 resorts down the beach. This spot was the best for real coffee, snorkel and swim.

We not stay at the hotel but use the beach. The bar and the restaurant. Recommend this beach very beautiful. Friendly staff.

Not to many places where you can rent a bungalow on the beach 20 feet from the ocean.

You will not know Koh Kood if you'd never been in Koh Kood. Sea Sand and Sun without any filter.
