Great place with live music. Atmosphere like at home. Self service behind the bar. So you get the drinks yourself and pay for them on your own. What a great find

Came to this bar first time 7 years ago (my 1st trip in Koh Kood). Now 7 years later, the bar is still chill and laid back 👌

Friendly host with full bar and free /donation fish BBQ. Busy enough & cozy, with hammocks, floor seating and cushions. Live music from 8pm. Great island atmosphere.

The owner he go fishing and sell in front of the Bar you can choose by yourself how big you want yesterday I picked squid big one just 350 thb He served 2 ways half sashimi and half grilled and Barracuda fish , you also can have fries rice you can pay want ever you want and women free 1 beer 🍺 the owner so kind and funny 😄

Defenetely best bar on the island. Easy to get there but hard to get out ;) ... People are the nicest. Great atmosphere! Jong and his friends play live music every night and love to jam together with the guests. So feel free to catch a beer and any instrument!
ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDATION!

Great place with a lot of friendly people. Good drinks and entertaining live music from talented artists. The location is very chilled and welcoming. Our favorite bar on the island so far.

where to start...we had a great meeting with a super nice guy, Mr Jong in his live music bar. Relaxed atmosphere, self service in bar, have some friendly cats and dogs, it feels like home. He took us squid fishing with him on a desert island (Koh Raet) and cooked us delicious sashimi and in the evening you can order some fresh squids cooked on the barbecue at the bar. He lent me a fishing rod during a few days, always ready to help. If you pass by, stop for a beer and chat with him, a must-see place in Koh Kood. You are a beautiful person, we thank you for everything my friend. Louis and Pop 🙏😊

Very nice bar, it's a do it yourself concept and it works very well! The owner Jhong, his wife Ida and Mr. Big are super friendly! If the cocktail isn't good, it's your own fail 😉

Amusing little cafe with live music.
At Tawan Eco Bar, the owner loves to entertain his guests by playing his favourite songs . Every so often the bartender joins him, so you will need to get and mix your own drinks.
And don’t be surprised when suddenly one of the guests grabs an instrument and performs his or her favourite national songs.
You might find yourself surrounded by Russian folk...

You thought you came to Koh Kood for the beach and the coconuts but you don't know it yet you actually came to visit Jong's place!
It an amazing concept bar. Just go there, chill and wait 'till 9pm for the magic to happen!

It is the best bar I was ever before. You can mix your own cocktails and the atmosphere was amazing. Live music was fun. When you go to Koh Kood don't miss this bar!!

What a cool bar. The owner doubles up as the live entertainer and offers anyone that can to join him in the band. Drinks are self service you write down what you have, total up at the end and pay. All based on honesty. Great atmosphere

Fantastic owner that provides live music on his own or with whoever what's to join in or preform on there own. Always nice people to hang out with... And you can't complain about the drinks as you mix them yourself 😁
