Really good breakfast/lunch option. We got a smoothie bowl with granola so refreshing with delicious fresh fruit. Iced coffees were amazing (make sure to ask for no sugar if you arent into this).

The perfect breakfast spot in Koh mak. Fast and delicious. Had the homemade granola with yoghurt and fruit and the set 2 with homemade toast bread. Such a beautiful cozy green space to sit, and a nice view of the park on the other side of the road.

A nice little cafe, with delicious food. A few options for breakfast, such as full set with fruit platter, coffee and juice. The sandwiches are also amazing, with soft and fresh baguettes. They also have seriously good coffee. And the best thing are the homemade cakes. Banana bread and chocolate sticky cake are a must try!! Very friendly staff and quick service. More than affordable prices. Highly recommended!

First things first: delicious cake, very nice service, Few seats. We were three times in the ball coffee simply because it was really good. We had breakfast were there for coffee and cake and also tried the homemade coconut and mango ice cream also very tasty. The carrot cake 🍰 was really just as you imagine so. Very tasty and moist as well. The banana bread looked really good, the ice cream cafe also tasted good. We would recommend the cafe as once on Koh Mak is.

Came twice during our time on the island. We tried the breakfast, fruit platter, sticky chocolate and carrot cake, and everything tasted great and was presented beautifully. When we got carrot cake for takeout the owner gave us a slice of her new lemon brownie to try as well and it was delicious!! Hope to go back sometime.

Great little cafe with some lovely home made cakes (we tried the vegan chocolate and banana bread mmm). The baguette rolls are some of the best we've had in Thailand as it's hard to find good bread but this was delicious. The owner is also very friendly and kind 🙏

Honestly, here you can find the best HOMEMADE cakes in Thailand so far. My friend and I traveled Thailand for almost a month. Never found a place like this. I am very critical when it comes to cakes so Café Ball is an honest recommendation :D The cakes are not too sweet, they are really great in taste and texture and she has so many different kinds, even gluten free ones, served on beautiful table wear in a cozy atmosphere, it's amazing!!

She offers nice variations of coffee too with different plant based milks.
Would be even nicer if she would have a French Press or so, I'm not a big fan of Nespresso. But that's the only criticism.

Living in Chiang Mai as I do I have had my fair share of coffee and the coffee at Ball Cafe is EXCELLENT. The best Americano I have had and the home made banana cake is fresh and moist and perfectly balanced on the taste buds. So many fresh deserts set amongst lovely gardens. Do try here!

Easy five stars. Great for vegans as the owner has soya and oat milk for coffees. Homemade bread is amazing. Quick service and lovely spot with reading collection.

Koh Mak is laid back and this cafe is as laid bacj as the island. Sitting by the road watching the world go by and the odd people watch. The coffee(latte) was the best i have had so far . Full of flavour. I also had the breakfast roll which was delicious.

A deligth of our stay in Ko Mak. Such a variety of cakes I did not have time to try them all, but all I chose were amazing: sticky chocolate one, carrot cake, coconut cake and cookies as well as breakfast options and toasts.
