Jong Cafe'

We are so happy to have come to Jong Cafe. It is such a wonderful cafe with a relaxed and comfortable vibe, great coffee, smoothies, and selection of hand crafted drinks, and the food is delicious. They have a selection of amazing Thai and healthy western dishes.

The owner Pum is such a lovely person, she is very kind and always makes you feel comfortable and welcome. We loved our time just sitting and chatting with her about her love of food and creating new and exciting dishes. We especially loved her breakfast croissants, the bacon/egg/cheese and smoked salmon/cream cheese/olive her so delicious.

Thank you so much Khun Pum, we can’t wait to see you again.

Ate here for lunch and hands down the BEST fried chicken and basil and rice dish I have had in Thailand…the right amount of sweet and spicy (if you like a orange chicken dish in the US you will LOVE this)…it’s just exactly what I needed after three weeks in Thailand. And the Thai milk ice coffee was perfection, just make sure to get it sweet (with sugar). Highly recommend, only downside is they close at 5 so they are not open for dinner.

We had a lovely and tasty lunch! We had garlic & pepper prawns and a grilled fish with garlic and pepper sauce : so so good!!! The cook is so kind with a lot of sweet attentions. We definitely will be back there during our stay in Ko Kut Island.

Fantastic. Very tasty food in a quaint and charming cafe. Has a dedicated vegetarian menu, much of which is vegan (owner understands vegetarian and vegan concept). Will be back!

Beautiful Café with an incredibly friendly owner who went out of her way to make us nice vegan food. At the time that we were there, they even had ice coffee and granola bowl with oat milk. They also gave us free tea. They are planning to expand their menu and have us delicious vegan pancakes to try for the new menu. So brace yourselves for more delicious vegan choices in the future! And most of what is on the menu can be veganized even now. Thank you for the delicious food and perfect service!

Superb iced macha tea, very large glasses and good tasting. I only had an omelette for breakfast but it was large, filling and perfectly cooked. Great breakfast and well priced

The owners are super helpful, lovely and can Probably read your mind, since they are always checking on you on the Right Time :)

Everything you eat or drink here is made with so much love and full of soul. Sometimes you can catch the opportunity to get some home made cake. A true delight 😍 - my favorite is the fried tofu with sesame sauce aside to some salad 🥗 ❤ and all coffee is just amazing 🤩

The service has been super friendly. So far we came every day (8 days total) for breakfast. Great coffee and french toast and the Matcha Coconut Blossom drink is a dream. Sometimes there is a little wait when it's busy but things on the island can take there time. There is no rush. So if the sweet owner takes a little longer, so what. With four tables and a take away bar and mostly one person to handle it all isn't always easy. So be patient. To the owner: keep up the great work in your beautiful Café. We wish you much success and and the best of times.

Amazing service!! I was always greeted with a big smile, beautiful food and great coffee. I must've come here like 15 times, it was that good. Perfect place to chill out and get some work done too. Also - loved the big fat cat 🙂

Little nice cafe. Not many seats. great coffee. Most main dishes are with vegetarian options. I can recommend the French toast for breakfast.

Perfect place to have lunch. The couple (I think) working there, was really friendly and easy going. We got a taste sample of the shakes we ordered, so he could make sure it was sweet enough. The waitress talked with us and really wanted us to come back. One of the few places on the island where the owners seems to understand the importance of the guests enjoying the stay.

Lovely dinner spot, we were thinking of a curry when we were offered the last of a lovely home cooked massaman curry! Wonderful prices, really liked the free mosquito spray and a very cute dog. ALSO the only place I’ve seen soy milk as an option for coffees, which makes this lactose intolerant person v happy

A must visit place next to klong chao beach. Amazing food. The chef is amazing. She keeps very good care of everything. Suggest you good stuff. Speaks very fluent English. All the 5 or 7 star hotels should be ashamed of the quantity of food they give. This lady is not stingy with the quantity. I ordered stor fried vegetables and I got all the variety of vegetables (lots of broccoli 🥦). Thumbs up to this place. Oh and Amazing burgers as well..

They are so friendly, we ate today for our last day on this beautiful island, as every day before they offered us some desert or fruit for free and guess what?!!!Today is the Chinese’s new year...THEY OFFERED US OUR MEAL!!!
