A pleasant 5 nights at this resort, I can recommend it. Beautiful beach, excellent cuisine and very helpful staff, especially at the reception. They arranged everything related to transport to Bangkok, thank you very much and greetings. I would love to come back.

I was happy about our stay overall. It was affordable, clean hotel with nice stuff and amazing ocean

The only bad experience was bike rental at the hotel. I've been offered bikes with no gas and no choice. The lady from the reception just left the parking spot after I mentioned that fuel tanks are empty )

We stayed a week in January 2024. The beach is big and beautiful with hardly any people for its size. Not sure why its not listed as one of the best beaches.The huts are nice and and the staff is very friendly. We rented a motorbike and explored the rest of the island. Koh Kood is small enough to travel wherever you like to go. If you need anything just talk to Nahm at the front desk and she will arrange it for you. She's the best! Quiet, good vibes and a relaxing atmosphere. Give it a try. You won't regret it!

The resort is clearly old, showing wear and tear. No kettles in the rooms.

The pros:
Good menu. Coffee shop serving fresh coffee. Awesome beach. Beautifully kept gardens - really first class. Kayaks available free of charge. A nice little pier. Plenty beach chairs etc.

What clinched the 5 star review: the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, exceeding expectations. We never ever felt pressured by them. They were happy to supply us with plates etc when asked. The friendly vibe of the staff made our stay very pleasant and relaxing. We will come again in the future. 😊

Stunning view! The resort is located at the middle of Ao Phrao beach which not crowded and very beautiful. The staffs were friendly and nice. The room was a bit old but very clean and well maintenance. The food price is not expensive and tasted good. The only thing I don’t like is that it took almost an hour drive from the pier.

This place is amazing! Such a secluded beach with all the picturesque opportunities. They have kayaks available along with snorkels to discover the depths of the clear waters that surround this tropical paradise. Romantic hardly touches how beautiful this place is.

Absolutely stunning breach as one of the best we have seen. Staff is super nice. The manager (khun nahm) is very helpful and super nice. The room is a bit dated but who cares when you already have a piece of paradise on earth.

We had an awesome 3 day holiday adventure in Koh Kut Island last August. Ao Phrao Beach Resort made our stay comfortable and memorable. They have a beautiful, clean beach front, free kayak, swing, a path walk. They have breakfast buffet, accommodating staff who arranged a songtaew to bring us 3 waterfalls, the 500 yr old Banyan tree and fisherman village, beach. Koh Kut Island is a perfect holiday getaway, it is not touristy like other islands in Thailand and you can just have a relaxing message by the beach, jogging in the morning or have thrilling adventure in the 3 waterfalls where we jumped from a cliff.

In a country as beloved as Thailand, finding somewhere less travelled is a rare thing. This lush island near the Cambodian border has spotty internet access and a population of only 2,000, so you can expect some serious privacy.

The interior is jungle-packed, with emerald waterfalls and hidden monasteries that are all but deserted – even in peak season. Spend your days lying on the sand, sating yourself with icy Chang beers and bowls of curry. For delicious food right at your hotel, Suan Maproa Ko Kut Resort has a Thai kitchen and beachside bungalows.

You can walk in to their beach, get food and drinks. The beach here are beautiful and quite.

We did not stay at this resort, but enjoyed the delish restaurant food, great shakes and beach bed service. It was our favorite beach in the island!

Wanderful private feeling resort, you have the bay for yourself, boat comes take u for diving from their own pier, staff is great, food is good... Perfect location for calm down
