Toilet is very far from entrance, too hard to just stop by

Its fine cuz it's inside a shopping center rama 9 central but it always packed than any branch example like in AIA building which not too far from this location not crowded like the branch here but overall it's convenient cuz near many shopping malls and has mrt station there so I think I like it here just wish it's platinum club so they ll prepare us any towels and exercise outfits

Great facility, close to a major transit point and mall. Prices are high, but equipment and classes are high quality.

Many personal trainers are available (perhaps too many), and I'm sure they are good in many regards, I've personally seen them allow customers to use very poor form to save the customers ego. Ultimately, they are causing more harm than good, so be wary.

Large space, nice machine and equipment! It’s near the cinema on 7 floor. Maybe this gym is the best Fitness First gym in the downtown (not including platinum gym).

เป็นสาขาที่ส่วนใหญ่สมาชิกเป็นคนทำงาน ถ้าในช่วงเวลางาน 10.00-17.00 คลาสต่างๆจะค่อนข้างว่างสามารถมาจองก่อนเลยแล้ว. Walkin เข้าไปเล่นได้เลย แต่ถ้าหลัง 17:00 คนจะเยอะมากจนแทบไม่มีที่ยืน ห้องสำหรับเล่นคลาสก็ใหญ่ แต่แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นนะครับ

ไปออกกำลังกายกับบ้างนะคะทุกคน เพื่อสุขภาพของเราเอง อยากแข็งแรงต้องทำเองค่ะ แต่สำหรับคนที่ไม่ถนัด fitness first ก็มีเจ้าหน้าที่ให้คำแนะนำ และมีครูช่วยสอน อีกทั้งมีคลาสให้จ้าร่วมกิจกรรม ใครชอบแบบไหนเลือกเข้าไปร่วมได้เลยค่ะ เยี่ยมจริงๆ เพื่อสุขภาพที่แข็งแรงค่ะ👏👏👏

สถานที่กว้างขวางดี อยู่บนชั้นเจ็ดเซ็นทรัล พระราม 9 เปิดตั้งแต่ 6 โมงเช้าถึงสี่ทุ่มโดยประมาณ

เป็นยิมที่มีเพดานสูง โปร่ง ไม่รู้สึกอึดอัด มีคลาสให้เล่นเยอะมาก เทรนเนอร์อารมณ์ดี คอยให้คำแนะนำฟรี ไดร์เป่าผมมีให้ 3 อัน เสีย 1 อันมา 2 อาทิตย์แล้ว ยังไม่ซ่อมเลยค่ะ

ปกติไม่ค่อยได้เล่นสาขานี้ มาออกกำลังกายวันนี้ ประทับใจสาขานี้มีเทรนเนอร์ดีๆ คนหนึ่งมาแนะนำตัว สอนใช้เครื่องออกกำลังกายต้นขาด้านหลัง ไปดูคลาสให้ แต่จำชื่อน้องเค้าไม่ได้ ถ้าน้องเทรนเนอร์มาอ่าน ขอชื่นชมการทำงานของน้องนะคะ บริการดีมากค่ะ
