As a Canadian with an O-A one year visa, the process of opening a savings account yesterday was clear, quick and seamless. Just had to get the Embassy in the building to sign a form provided by the bank certifying passport etc. the staff were very helpful and spoke English, many thanks!

Sorry but there is a lack of knowledge on all of the employees for opening bank account for foreigners. They made me come this location twice and at the end they said they cannot hanfle and send me to another branch. Even customer service doesnt have idea why they cannot do it. If it wasnt the only bank i find that works with tourist visa i would definately wouldnt work with this guys.
