Highly recommend to check out this place if you are craving some Italian food. Every dish we ordered was good. I specially like how al dente their pasta dishes were and perfect sauce served with them.
I enjoy simple delicious food too, and the veggie side dish hit the spot!

Every year when I'm in Bangkok, I visit the Salvia restaurant. This time in the company of friends, great restaurateurs in Bangkok. An excellent lunch, as always, this time even more great, thanks to the attentive and kind service of Pahan and Jan, who, thanks to our experience, managed to involve them and create a certain complicity between us. It was a beautiful culinary moment , adequately supported by good wines and a relaxing atmosphere. Many thanks to the whole team.

Classy restaurant serving decent Italian. Dishes are properly sized so they can be shared by three to four persons. Pizza - ok, but not impressive. I like their pasta better. Off all the dishes, I like their Tiramisu most - perfect richness and sweetness. Four stars for the food. 500b corkage - hard to find deal at a 5 stars hotel. Worthy for an extra star!

Third time dining at this place! Overall dining experience was still great!! The food was good with reasonable price. I personally like the tortellini and the steak the most.

I recommend this place for a special event like a romantic dinner or birthday night or if you want to have some fresh and amazing italian food 🍕.
The service was great and on point. The waiter knows what to recommend and how to pair the wine with the food.
I recommend the burrata salad 🥗 and the beef 🥩. The pizza was not that amazing but still tasty. As a tip make sure to ask them for bread in the start of the dinner and they will serve you with some fluffy and tasty focaccia 🍞.
The restaurant it’s a bit on the pricey side but totally worth it for the fresh products and well cooked food.

This Italian restaurant, located at the first floor of the Grand Hyatt Erawan offers an exceptional service! The team is outstandingly caring about their guests.

They adjust the dishes for you (in case of allergies) - in my case they created a completely new dish. The chef of the evening came to me and asked if I like it, because “they want that I am feeling very well here”. She was so lovely and explained everything in detail.

Excellent italian restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Erawan hotel. Their portobello salad is amazing with rocket and grilled mushroom by itself so sumptuous and the salad dressing is welldone. Pizza selection and size choice is great. I had a prosciutto ham with truffle, truly good. The dough is crispy and not airy. Rib eye steak is remarkable presented at first for your photo op and then slice for serving. Wonderful steak. Service is welcoming and friendly professionally trained staffs with excellent service mind. Great choice for italian lunch or dining. Atmosphere is also great and cozy.

Very good taste with 5 star service. One of the best Italian food, especially pasta and pizza.

The mezzanine-level restaurant inside the stately Grand Hyatt Erawan whisks you away from the hectic buzz of Bangkok. You're transported to an upscale yet relaxed ambience with attentive service, delicious food and a wide selection of wines & cocktails. Semi private seating areas and a jazz playlist in the background add sensory layers to the ambience.

We dined during the Hyatt's Restaurant Week which included 4 courses from the regular menu creating an amazing prix fixe value. The overall experience was so good we'll definitely be visiting again.

Had a wonderful dinner here with my husband and son. The staff are careful and attentive. The food was amazing! Can see that they use top ingredients in the dishes. We ordered two 8' pizza, both are delicious. The burrata cheese with tomatoes just stole my heart. The tomatoes are sweet and juicy, they taste so good with the creamy burrata. Tiramisu is a must-try. Don't forget to have a scoop of their home-made Gelato!
Next time we go to Bangkok will definitely come back!

It was my first time visiting the restaurant after hearing a friend saying it's one of the best Italian restaurants in town.

The burrata pomodori was really good. The welcome bread was a bit on the salty side but their pizza was good. Didn't like the spaghetti I think the noodles were a bit under cooked
Tiramisu was good but Panna Cotta was too sweet. It's nice that they have some like vegetarian options. Overall I had a good time.

This restaurant give me a little surprise. The food was great with a tradition taste of Italian food. I must said that the portion was quite large. The environment was good for celebration.

First thing is that the price is very reasonable given that this is a restaurant at Grand Hyatt Erawan! -i.e. pizza (small size, 4 pieces) at 2xx bht.
I would recommend the perfectly cooked stewed mussels with roasted potato and Paccheri crab.
The complimentary canapé is nice as well. Good service.

Great Italian food! The dining experience overall is very pleasant. Foods and services are really good as always. Everything is so tasty and good quality of food. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We had another gorgeous dinner at Salvia this week. We make a point of dining here whenever we visit Bangkok because the food is consistently great, with a lovely and lively atmosphere and excellent service.
This time we tried a few dishes from the seasonal menu, including the red pepper flan, the pasta with fresh tuna tartar, the branzino, and finally the Monte Bianchi dessert. All so well done and delicious (see photos and menu posted). We got a bottle of the Puglia red (good) to go with the meal.
Once again a very big thanks to the team at Salvia for your warm hospitality and delicious dinner.

Been here on multiple occasions and it has been consistently delicious on all occasions! Particularly, I would say the Lamb Fusilli and the Australian Striploin are a MUST try. Other notable mentions would include the signature SLS drink which has a lemony flavor paired with palm sugar and the complementary Focaccia bread which has a crispy crust and is very airy on the inside. Would definitely come again! Make sure you get reservations because they are usually busy for dinner!

Service was great. Second time here. Everything was great except for polletto alla diavola (baby chicken) . The taste wasn’t good for us (my friend also think same). Price is reasonable for restaurant in 5 star hotel. If you have SCB first SCB prime citi ultima , you can get discount.

I have been here a couple of times and have always enjoyed coming back but, today, I have to write a review because the Alba white truffle menu was so delicious. Salvia serves authentic Italian cuisine and everything here from amuse bouche plates, house focaccia, utensils, music, olive oil and every dish I have ordered make me feel like there are craftsman at work here. Everything is beautiful and delicious. Many thanks to F&B manager, Chef Roberto and his team for creating this restaurant right in the heart of Bangkok at the Grand Hyatt.
