Horrible experience!

Staff does not speak English, in general very weird customer approach. Found also out that Krungthai Bank cancelled my account with them, since one of my reasons for the visit was suddenly having issues with the log to the app. I was a happy client incl. owner of their Travel Credit Card since 2019… also was told that the app is not available anymore for foreigners now. Not sure if they’re really that racist or it’s all a big „misunderstanding“ due to lack of their English skills.

However, they lost a customer. It’s a miracle how such staff is placed at a central branch like the one at Siam Paragon…

Do not be fooled by the fancy interiors. The tellers here are not helpful and informed me that the bank do not provide interest returns for your money. There are better banks than Krungthai.
