Baan Bussara

The room was very clean. The landlady's service is very good. Cheap and affordable, more than 2 kilometers away from the train station. If you want to rent a motorcycle, it's right opposite the station exit.

I recently stayed at Baan Bussara Hotel in Ayutthaya and had a wonderful experience. First and foremost, the owner is incredibly lovely and hospitable, making sure all our needs were met with a warm smile. The room was very clean and comfortable, offering refreshments that were much appreciated after a day of exploring. The hotel also provides motorcycle and bicycle rentals at reasonable prices, which we found very convenient for getting around to Ayutthaya's attractions and local eateries. The location is central, yet the atmosphere is peaceful. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Ayutthaya.

Good memories about the place, really nice and bike included. The lady is nice. The man can be little bit rude if you check out late.
PS- why thick blankets when it's hot?

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room are spacious, comfy, clean and light. There is a cafe at the front. Also bicycle for rent.

There are plenty of restaurants and food stalls, cafe and convenience stores close by. The guesthouse is central situated. It's an easy 10 minute walk from the train station via the ferry.

We had a wonderful stay at Baan Bussara!Willy & his sister were so helpful in recommending what we should do in Ayutthaya and assisting in arranging our onward travel. The guesthouse is located near lots of food options and the night market. It’s also a short tuk-tuk to the train station (a bit too far to walk). We enjoyed being able to rent bikes from the guesthouse directly to explore the historic old town too. Definitely would recommend staying here!

This is a superb place for a reasonable price.

The area is nice and silent. Good AC. Hot water.

Plannend to stay 1 night. But ended up staying multiple nights.

We stayed in Ayutthaya overnight and this was a great place! Private double room was cute and cozy. It cost barely more than the hostel down the street but it was worth it.
Willie (the owner) was an amazing guide and help. He talked us through all the temples and which ones most people go to based on time allowance. We rented bicycles from here too and rode around.
The cafe is also right here and the coffee is great.
The night market is also right down the street.
Highly recommend this to anyone spending a day or two in Ayutthaya.
Willie also helped us arrange our bus ticket to Chiang Mai. 👌

Nice and comfortable accommodation in the middle of the city. Very friendly couple running the place. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a really nice two nights at Baan Bussara. They kindly kept our bags as we arrived early and then allowed us to check in as soon as possible. Nice sized room with a fridge, water, fan and air con. Decent shower and a small balcony which was great for drying clothes. Comfy bed. Great location for walking out and exploring and the lovely lady helped us with booking an evening river cruise (recommended) and with trains for onward transport. (We were going to get the bus and she said train was better and she was dead right)! Really nice place in busy Ayutthaya with kind, friendly people.

It's very good hotel at ayutthaya also the price is good and the stuff very friendly So i recommend for everyone who will visit Ayutthaya. About room most of them big and clean. You can rent bicycle and go around to visit Ayutthaya historic park.... not far ....also they have boat trip. ..some time you will need buy food from out side cause they dont have restaurant ( you can get coffee and tea most of time )... they have 2 cute dogs....

Really enjoyed this placed! Loved the little Fishes in the garden. The room was Nice and clean and smelled really good. The owner was also really helpful and cute ;)

Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Great location. Rooms are comfortable & quiet. Beds are firm but that's how I like it.

A really nice guest house to stay at. Helpfully staff and English spoken. Just a little away from the noisy guest house area, so quite peaceful.

Nicest lady ever, did everything to make us feel at home. Nice location, close to the awesome night market and temples.
