Good gym for the price. Even though it's a minimalistic one, one can do all kinds of work outs. I have over 40 exercises in my program and was able to do all I wanted. The lady at the counter was quite friendly but rules are strict with equipment and towels which I like to be honest as a lot of people don't know how to behave in a gym.

Clean and well equipped gym for every workout type. Also the facility is well maintained and taken care of! Fans and AC are installed for an even better experience.
Daily pass costs 180-200 THB, weekly 600-700 THB and monthly 1,200-1,500 THB (3-12 months rates available for even better prices).

Excellent Gym, leigh is a good welcoming guy. The gym has a good vibe, I recommend this place to anyone that’s a gym fanatic wanting to get their sweat on 💪🏼

I’ve enjoyed that! There are enough equipment even for girls, everything is clean, the quality of staff is good and the most important thing is price ( I payed 150 for day, I guess the owner can offer even more satisfying price for long term)

If you looking for a gym with everything you need then this is the gym for you!! The gym has everything you need to keep yourself in shape 💯 dumbbells range from 2.5kg to 55kg. Bench press, smith machines and much more, impressive in comparison to many of the hotels in the area! Price is also an absolute bargain! Highly recommend 💯

I have spent 30 years in the Fitness Industry and can speak from experience, this little gym may not have all the bells and whistles but has everything you need to maintain and build a good level of fitness while on holiday, it is clean and well maintained by the owner and his wife Lee and Emily who were both very friendly and welcoming, this gym is now where I will train whenever I am here.

I am now back in Australia and am looking forward to returning to Phuket and training at this friendly and clean gym

Great Gym used it lots whilst on holiday, its a short 2 minute walk from the Access resort and villas where I stayed for 2 weeks.
I walked in to the Gym in the morning before they was open and was greeted by the owner who was very polite and helpful he advised me to purchased a weekly pass if I was going to use the Gym regular over my stay or just pay as you go no hard sell or pressure he simply said the choice was mine, Great advice as it saved me some money buying the weekly ticket.
The Gym has everything that you need for a good solid workout its fully equip with all the functioning essentials, Nice & Clean & with good A/C.
I really don't understand or believe the negative reviews as the owner was always really welcoming & helpful and on hand to ensured a good standard for a safe & clean environment for all the guest. Also worth a mention & this was a big positive for me there is a great little bar right next door so for me you can hit the weights then hit the beers this was a Huge Win Win ( Don't judge me I was on Holiday it cant always be work work work) .
keep up the good work guys, I have done and will continue to recommend your place to others, I will return back to Phuket for round 2 so hope to see you all again soon.

I recommend this gym. It's a great value for the money. And Lee and Emily will welcome you with open arms. At the time of writing, daily price is only 150 THB. You can rent towels and they have all the supplements you want at a great price. This place is spotless. Think old school clink gym with all the free weight you need. Once you finish your workout head over next door to the cafe for a drink. It is a holiday after all :) There's a BBQ place next door to the cafe for your post workout meal and they'll deliver it to the cafe. And, there's also a laundry shop next door for 50 THB/kilo. Yep, you can do your laundry while you lift, eat, and drink. So glad I found this gem. Kap khun krab Lee and Emily for the awesome times. Chok dee krab!

My fiancée and I came here for a month in March. Small, but professional and well maintained gym. One of the best small gyms you'll find. Plenty of free weights for heavily lifting, and enough machines to keep your gf busy!!! Highly recommended

Lee, the owner, always on hand, to help or give advice.

Plenty of ventilation, with fans on all the time, front and back door open, so nice air blowing through.

Emily, Lee's wife, always cleaning and tyding up, friendly and helpfull person also.

I found Lee to be very honest.
Two years ago, 2020, lockdown came, gym closed, Lee went out of his way to find me,and refund me, as I had paid for my membership, and would not be able to use the gym.
He could have dissapeared for a while, and kept the money, but he did not do that, he went out his way to find and refund me the full amount.

A fantastic gym with all the equipment you would need to work out while you’re away. Everything is kept incredibly neat/tidy and well maintained. Highly recommended!

If you need a cheap accessible gym while in Karon beach this is the place to go. Cleanest and most well maintained gym I’ve been to so far in SE Asia. All the bodybuilding weights and equipment you would need. Very reasonable rates and Aircon throughout! Winner!

Great gym with all the essentials at a very competitive price. Owner (Lee) is very helpful, he helped us sort a boat to Phi Phi and is a trustworthy bloke!

Very good standard,clean,many fans,towels and t.shirt/vests must be used,witnessed 2 very rude customers being rude to Thai owner when asked to put t.shirt back,very rude with bad language demanding full refund,the English owner and Thai owner quickly removed,I did a I day pass with a towel only 190 baht,I went in the bar next door same owners for few beers,I even bought them a drink after they closed the gym at 8.pm

Great little gym in karon it is a family run establishment.
Its run by an ex pat Lee and his wife Emily or Em
Very helpfull and if your a novice he will help you set up a program .
Or if just need to get fit whilst here in Phuket he can also help there also.
He Has a good selection of supplinents to help with your training progame.
How wife owns the bar next door so a good place to chill and relax and listen to some good music or catch a bit of sport on the tv

this place is good,complete on freeweights they have 4treadmills bikes and at first you can try the gym for 1day its only 200baht. its a great place and they sell proteins.

Excellent gym, ,nice people that own it. bar next door if you fancy a drink aswell.
