The most beautiful surroundings and a lovely room with a spectacular sea view and just to add on the sunset is amazing every night.
Staff helpful and friendly at all times. They do everything to make the stay perfect and they succeed.

Went to the bi weekly Sunday brunch. All what you can wish for a luxury brunch.
Very attentive staff and management, we name Mr Andrea and Mr Andrea.

Great resort in a quieter edge of great Karon Beach. Nice restaurants, spa and friendly staff. Beside my wife and I, my 18, 21, and 23 children liked it too.
They are a little disorganized on pool towel hand-outs though.

Fantastic hotel and service, position right in the beach, friendly staff, great food and drinks. Breakfast is fantastic, so much choice. Clean and tidy hotel. Helpful staff.
Carpe Diem activities in the pool and beach and kids activities were great, fun and friendly staff, great activities. Can not recommended enough!!!

We had the most relaxing amazing stay here, absolutely beautiful and serene. The staff went above and beyond especially the pool bar staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Our trip was with luxury escapes which included meals and beverages, my only pick with this was I wish they included little more variety on package menu and offered all restaurants! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

The Animation team did a very good job of keeping my kids entertained and everyday when we were in the resort, we looked forward to the activities that the Animation team had in store for us. I think this resort was for sure one of the best we’ve ever been to so I really recommend you book a room!

Amazing stay here for the last 12 days celebrating my 40th. O at the adult bar is exceptional. A real stand out. He goes above and beyond to make your stay special. And he makes the best cocktails 😍the resort is paradise. All staff are kind. The pools are amazing

We had fun with Carpe Diem (Tina and Willy) completing a photo hunt game around the resort today. They are always doing some fun. They were both amazing and fantastic with the kids! Thank you

Beautiful hotel in great location, gorgeous pool areas with access to beach. We booked a corner balcony with jacuzzi so worth it. Away from the riff raff of main strip in karon beach but close enough to walk. Small piece of paradise with lovely staff. Tina from entertainment very nice had a great free kayak session with her in the beach and morning sun yoga. Would recommend and return.

Bartender O from Ripples Pool Bar in the Adults Pool was a highlight and exceptional part of our stay. Such a friendly and genuine man who clearly has a passion for making guests feel comfortable and looked after. Cannot recommend enough :)))

We stayed at Centara Grand Resort early January 2024 It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Centara and would recommend to friends and family. A special shout out to Tina and the Croatian team, they made our experience fun and enjoyable, they were very energetic and entertaining.

The resort is amazing, The beach is public but looks private as it is very quiet. There are a lot of stairs so be prepared to do a lot of walking as the grounds are very big too. There are several restaurants on site, a bit expensive compared to restaurants in town. There is a beach restaurant that is privately owned and is really good. This location is good if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the busy towns. I wouldn't say the downtown is within walking distance.

Fantastic place great views and located at the top end of Karon beach. Got an upgrade for my birthday for a deluxe jacuzzi room.
Not the best, though, as gratuity is automatically added to your bill.
Apart from that no complaimts

This place is the best. Pleasant to the eyes. The layout of the resort is cool. The pools are awesome with views of the beach. Food is good and service is fast. Pool service and bartenders are great. Not a far walk to traditional Thai shops. Great place. My room overlooked the beach. Great room.

At the pool bar, our barman “O” was absolutely fantastic!!! He made us the best cocktails, our drink just kept coming. He’s such a happy friendly guy. He made our time at the bar pool so much fun. You can tell he really enjoys his job. Thanks for the best time “O” Cheers Annie & Gordon 🍹🍹🥂🥂😎

Beautiful place! Tremendous location, and friendly staff. Have just had a visit from Parn, bringing us complimentary tropical fruits and soft drinks. Highly recommended!

For 8 years I decided to come for breakfast with my family and friends today is an excellent choice a lot. I have the best helpful staff she can advise me a lot of things and very good service and is super friendly

We had one of the best holidays at this resort. The resort is self-sufficient with its pool oasis, slides, and lazy river. The rooms are amazing with all modern amenities but still have a rustic / local feeling with all woodwork. The food and services at all places are top-notch, and I would highly recommend this place, especially for family with young kids.

We had the best experience staying here..our room was so close to the beach that we could actually listen to the mesmerizing sound of the waves..the balcony was as big as the room.
The pool, jacuzzi, water slides, etc all were so well designed, you could actually spend hours there.
After checking out, one can keep the luggage in the store room and use all the amenities like spa, kids area, pool, etc instead of just waiting in the lobby. Food was decent too, although for vegetarians, it can feel a little limited. Since there are vegetarian restaurants around it does not really bother you much.
Other beaches are not too far so one can explore different places around.

Me and my family just finish our 7 days staying in Centara hotel in Karon and I need to say that we really enjoyed everything out there.
Food - 10/10 really amazing food
Rooms- 9-10 very clean and nice room, but maybe need some renovation at least little bit.
Area - Amazing view, hotel have own beach
Stuff - Everyone so friendly and kind, everyone seems to be so happy and smiling all the time at you.
Animation- in hotel is small team around 4-5 people(I’m not sure) and they are all great, every day are different activities for kids and adults, our favourite was playing football on the beach and all pool games.
Our two boys Ash and Mik really likes Vacky ( sorry if it’s wrong ) he is working there for few days, but u can see he is very professional in his job, always full of energy and smile, if u are planning to go to this hotel for sure meet him, he will make your holidays much more better, even my wife liked his aquagym so much.

So in general really amazing hotel, for sure we will come back.
