TOOKPAK - ถูกปาก Stadium One

Came here because the famous Mama noodle place had a 2 hour wait. We're so glad we stumbled onto this restaurant. It is excellent! Amazing Tom Yam, green curry (made vegetarian if needed), beef rice and stir fried pork. The lime soda was really good. Will try to return to try the crab omelette! The ratings are well deserved! Definitely come here for a comfortable, air conditioned meal!

This is not a Michelin restaurant but it should. We absolutely loved this place with it unique flavours and dishes. They have all the traditional dishes with their own interpretation. No wonder why they ranked so high. Highly recommended and will be back here again.

The decor may look like it is just another cute café in the area however they actually serve real food.

The food taste authentic. It can get spicy with some of the dishes. I especially love the crab omlette and green curry with roti. Their soft boiled eggs are cooked to perfection.

Overall I really enjoy the food. Although the fake plants hanging on the ceiling could have been a little higher so they don't hit guests' head while walking.

Delicious food at Tookpak along with very friendly staff. We got 2 main dishes (pictured below). One with pork and one with squid. The men sitting next to us recommended the pork to us and were also visiting. It was their third time visiting the restaurant! 100% recommend!

Delicious food. The reviews are all true. Got the Tom yum, pad Thai, and sticky mango rice. I’m from LA where there is good Thai food and I know what I’m talking about 😆. Have to try this place out

Thai food at its best. Their menu is beautfull, beautiful photos of all dishes. We have been there on the lunch and on the dinner and ordered at total 8 dishes, between main dishes and desserts. All of them were perfectly cooked. A main dish range between 200 bhat and 500 bhat. And the desserts between 70 bhat and 170 bhat, quite above the average price in Bangkok. But things are really cooked to perfection and using high quality ingredients.
I would give a special highlight to the dessert that is a sesame dumpling served in a ginger tea broth.
As a down side, I think that the menu could have fresher options. For instance, the dish with shrimp paste rice and and mackerel fish is very good it is a bit heavy, it would benefit from a small papaya salad or some pickled vegetable...

Their food is really good and the atmosphere is very nice. There is no drama in the menu and it has the freshness of the ingredients!

The place is quite small, but very nice.

All the dishes that we order taste great, especially the Garlic Fried Pork Neck, Crab Fried Rice and the Crab Omelette.

Service here also attentive and preparing duration is moderate, overall a great experience here.

Excellent service, food n food prep speed. Price also v reasonable. Recommended! Tom yum soo good! Perfect balance of sourness and spiciness. Also we requested green seafood sauce and they prepared it freshh from scratch n it was bombbb 🥳🤩

Cozy restaurant to meetup with friends! Helpful waiter as well! Love all the food we ordered. Expected to line up but we came on SAT around 6pm and stay til 10pm which is really enjoyable!

Expect nothing short of flavorful Southern Thai dishes. Highly recommend the Stir-fry stinky vegetables (dont judge by its name) and crab omlette. Quite reasonable price with plenty of parking space.

The food is super. We haven't tried anything better than what we had here during our stay in BKK. The service is friendly enough, nothing special to say about it, the same with Atmosphere.
But the food, the food is something extraordinary.
Deffinitely coming back.

🥘 Food & Taste: First meal in Bangkok. We had our dinner in the late afternoon so there was only one other table occupied and we were able to have our meal in a very pleasant environment. We ordered the signature pork dish with some sauce which tastes very much like prawn paste. Quite fragrant but a tad bit salty. The vermicelli dish was not bad at all. Quite enjoyed it. Crab meat in crab shell was good too, filled with a lot of chunky crab meat. It is abit on the sweet side though. The dishes are all very flavourful, so you might like it if your taste buds prefer foods seasonings on the heavier side.

📍 Place: The place does not seem crowded on because we were there in the late afternoon. The place is located on the first floor in a quiet “mall”.

🤵🏻 Service: Not bad. The staff were very polite.

💰 Price: Expensive for Thai standards but for tourists standards might be acceptable because this is afterall a restaurant.

🐣Waiting Time: Reasonable. Was not very long since time is still needed for food to be prepared.

Great food taste with quick service. High quality price ratio. A large selection of typical Thai food, some even from northern Thai. Strongly recommend the yellow curry with crab. The atmosphere is chic and modern.

Worth the hype! Chanced upon this place and google and saw it’s amazing reviews. Was kinda sceptical at first but this place definitely deserves all its rave reviews :) the ambience was fantastic and the place was so clean and nicely decorated! The food was sooo amazing— had an amazing blend of flavours paired with unique sauces for dipping! The price was also very very reasonable!

GOOD BUT NOT MUST GET:
- stuffed chicken wings
- malingo leaves with egg

Went 2x during our trip, both times food were really good. We really enjoyed the crab fried rice and the egg stir fried leaves. They do get busy fairly fast so try to go early or during off peak hours to avoid wait.
