The Lobby at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel

Enjoyed myself with friends over some cocktails and snacks for the afternoon. The service was attentive and the staff are always ready to recommend and take orders professionally. The cocktails were great and the ambiance was meticulous. I particularly loved the fresco art installed with silk hand painted in traditional Thai patterns. Would love to revisit here or try out more drinks and some food at their courtyard.

We called in early evening for drinks and a light snack in the lobby. The service was impeccable, and the staff were charming.
The food was excellent and generous.
There was a problem with one of our drinks, which was immediately resolved by an understanding member of staff.

Five stars for the ambiance and 4.5 for the food. Beautiful presentation with fresh flowers, and the dry ice was a nice touch. The scones were delicious, the savory items were good, and the sweets were okay.

Nice atmosphere. I feel warm welcome from staffs . She recommend special Tea " Marco Polo " It great and nice smell! and a lot of choice pastry.

What a gorgeous afternoon tea!! They had an artistic atmosphere. The lobby with live music had a high ceiling with a beautiful painting. Savory and desserts were delicious. We enjoyed lovely tea time. I highly recommend it!!

My Lunch ของฉันวันนี้ ในที่ๆเดิมทีฉันโปรดปราณมากที่สุดคือที่ห้องอาหารเมดิสันในโรงแรมอนันตราสยาม เพราะมีเมนูที่เราชื่นชอบคือ Grill Lamp Chop ที่อร่อยที่สุด และน้องๆที่นี้บริการดีมากๆ ทั้ง น้อง Golf, Roger ,Mameaw, Kai ดูแลเอาใจใส่เป็นอย่างดี ไม่เคยเปลี่ยน อยากเชิญชวนทุกท่านมาสัมผัสบรรยากาศ ที่นี้เหมือนอ้อยค่ะ ประทับใจไม่เปลี่ยนแปลง

สถานที่สวยงาม สะอาด พนักงานบริการดีค่ะ บริเวณรอบๆ สยงามมีปลาคาร์ฟตัวใหญ่ๆ อ้วนๆ ด้วย

บรรยากาศโล่งโปร่งสบายตบแต่งสวยงามเก้าอี้เบาะนั่งสบายมีเบาะรองหลังให้ทุกตัวนั่งนานไม่เมื่อยเพลงบรรเลงฟังแล้วรู้สึกผ่อนคลายให้อารมณ์เหมือนได้เที่ยวต่างจังหวัดบริการมีคุณภาพเหมาะสมโรงแรมที่อยู่ในย่านช็อปปิ้งระดับประเทศ

ทุกๆครั้งที่มา ใช้ บริการ ได้รับการต้อนรับที่ อบอุ่น เสมอ ดูแลอย่างดีโดยเฉพาะ การให้ บริการด้าน จองโต๊ะที่นั่ง และ อาหาร พนงจะมี ทักษะที่ดี จำได้แม้กระทั่ง ว่า เราชอบทานอาหารอะไร แบบใด โดยเฉพาะ ขอ ชื่นชม พนักงาน Lobby และอีก คนที่ชื่อ น้อง กวาง เยี่ยมมากครับ มาแล้วสบายใจ อบอุ่น ผมใช้ บริการ รร Anantara Siam สมัยตั้งแต่ ยังเป็น Regend และมาเป็น Four Srasons กว่า 35 ปี ยังมั่นใจในการบริการ ขอให้ ฝ่ายบริหาร รักษา พนง ที่มีคุณภาพดีๆ ไว้ นะครับจะได้ มีแขกมาใช้ บริการ แบบ ปากต่อปาก จะได้กลับมาใช้ บริการอีก Repeat Customer ครับ
