Supportive staff but extremely slow. Visited and waited more than 40 mins for printing bank statement and guarantee, even there was no queue ahead me. No idea why it’s so slow.

ต้องการถอนเงินโดยส่วนหนึ่งเป็นแบงค์50 และ20 แต่ทางเคาเตอร์แจ้งว่าไม่มีเลย….สิ่งที่ควรแก้ไขและพัฒนา
1. ทางสาขาควรเตรียมไว้ในแต่ละวันจากสถิติและแยกแยะระหว่างการถอนเงินโดยระบุแบงค์หรือการแลกเงิน
2. ทางหน้าเค้าเตอร์คือการให้บริการที่ต้องเจอกับลูกค้า,ควรจะมีทักษะในการบริหารลูกค้าเช่นเสนอแบงค์อื่น…ซึ่งถ้าไม่มีเลยอีกก็ไม่รู้จะพูดอะไรแล้วครับ
ในสถาการณ์ปัจจุบันที่มีเทคโนโลยีเข้ามามีบทบาทมาก, ถ้าคนบริหารความพอใจลูกค้าได้ก็ใช้ตู้กดเงินแทน

Very poor service and prejudiced against customers. As soon as they saw my passport, they started saying no against everything I asked, even the tasks as simple as opening bank account, by talking about many ridiculous rules and polices. When I asked them to show the policies they’re talking about, they couldn’t and transferred all responsibilities to the call center. Thankfully, the call center was nice enough to call back and explain those rules or policies do not exist.

ดาวเดียวก็ไม่อยากให้ บริการอย่างห่วย ถามอะไรก็งง ยุบสาขาใกล้เคียงมารวมก็ยิ่งเน่า แย่ อารมณ์เสียทุกครั้งที่มาใช้บริการ ปิดไปเหอะธนาคารอะ จริงๆ ทำอะไรก็ไม่อัพเดท ต้องขอเอกสารใหม่ทุกครั้งที่เข้าไปทำธุรกรรมเสียเวลามาก คุณควบรวมธนาคาร ก็ขอใหม่ไม่งั้นไม่ทำธุรกรรมให้ นี่ควบรวมสาขาขอใหม่อีกแล้วจ้า โครตห่วย แบบNo 1

มากี่ครั้งๆการบริการยังห่วยแตกเหมือนเดิมไม่เคยเปลี่ยน ควรปิดสาขานี้ได้แล้ว ไม่ก็เปลี่ยนพนักงานยกสาขาก็ดี
