It's really unique and amazing cave. It has many steps so be ready. Guide tours are only in Slovak which is a bummer. The tour is 1 hour and they receive only cash.

Been there on April 02, 2024.
All in all, I do recommend visiting it.
1# You need a minimum of 4 people to start a tour. It's not a problem I suppose. But we were only 4 people there so I guess we were lucky :))).
2# Entering caves is timed, so you need to pick up the right time. You can't go on yourself, caves are deep and well-secured.
3# Have cash on you, credit cards don't work in bad weather. ( 4g connection).
4# Enjoy

Parking is 10€.
Entry is 14€ for adult or 7€ for children/person with disability.
Check the website for times when 'guided tour' starts, as you cannot enter at any time (without a guide).
It is beautiful experience, very much worth the price!
The guide shares interesting facts/history about the cave and also had some funny jokes in between.

The cave itself is the nicest I've seen, sadly the tour was in Slovakian. Not sure if they provide an English tour at all as on the phone I also couldn't find anyone that spoke English. Even so, it's definitely worth the visit, absolutely amazing and very diverse shapes and composites. The site seems up to date and reliable.

I have to admit that the cave makes an impression after leaving and is really a miracle of nature. About an hour and a half of almost 2 km walk along corridors of various widths (often shoulder width). Icicles, stalagmites, stalactites, waterfalls and lakes. Remember you take photos, you pay more (€ 10). If you are around, don't hesitate.

Five stars for the cave, however, zero stars for the organization and pricing because the parking is terribly expensive 10€, they charge you extra (on top of the entrance fee) if you want to make photos, and you can only pay cash.

The cave is absolutely amazing - the best cave I have been to. We took the traditional tour, which lasted for about one hour. Every tour starts on the hour, make sure to arrive about 15-20 minutes before the hour to buy the ticket.

Beautiful place. Longer tour takes 1,5 hours, an costs 16 euro (plus 10 if you want to take photos). Worth it. Time will pass incredibly fast and there are plenty breathtaking views.

Amazing cave. I have visited many caves in my life but this is the best. Big Route is the most preferred option and as I have seen everybody was waiting for this as there is only one entry a day. 2 km and around 2 hours underground will transfer you into the almost surrealistic underwater world. Buying additional 10 euro photo/video permission is definitely good decision even if you take photos by your phone. Parking fee is 7 eur.

The cave is really impressive, no wonder why it is a top attraction. Entrance fee is relatively cheap for 10 EUR, but you have to pay the same amount again to take photos and parking is ridiculous for a fixed 8 EUR.

This Is Just Amazing! An one hour trip with constant Wows! Cannot describe with words, simply must see. Consider lots of stairs up and down kind of tough another breathtaking thing :) Also consider parking fee which is like an extra ticket 8 Eur (?!). But overall it’s still worth!

Very nice cave.
Guide speak only Slovak.
But still amazing to see the wonders of nature.

A magnificent cave, well prepared even for small kids. Sidewalks and stairs everywhere. A lot of various rock forms, stalactites, stalagmites and lace infiltrates on the walls. Several bats greeted us at the entrance. Long route, sometimes tiring up stairs walks, but it's worth it. Parking paid extra. You have to arrive earlier, because of the about 15-20 minutes hike from the road to the entrance.

The cave is very attractive and very amazing. It is the biggest one that I saw. You must pay cash for the tickets. Cards are not accepted.
The cost is 8 € for adult and 4€ for kids (6-15).

Very nice cave, remember that you need to be at least 20 min before the scheduled trip to climb to the ticket office and to queue for the ticket, as it is very often crowded

Absolutely amazing place to visit. A 60 minute guided tour was 10 euro per adult and 5 per child.
Be aware despite cold outsode its 6 or 7 degrees inside and very humid.
Beautiful underground stream and formations.

Be aware there is an exchange but you can only pay in cash.

One of the most beautiful caves I have been to! Immense space with rich natural decoration makes you wonder where to look first. The short excursion takes roughly 1hr and costs 8€ per adult. Dont get discouraged by parking for 6€ which is of course a rip off but the cave is totally worth it. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable.

One of the best caves in Slovakia, beware that it takes 10 minutes walking up to the hill to the cave entrance from the parking (6 euro), the normal tour takes a hour and includes over 1000 stairs. Underground river is super impressive. English audio is available, but be at the head of the group to catch it.
