Great place. Only thing I would change is rooms with fire place shall got stuff to start fire on daily basis

Nice hotel with diversified breakfast, nice spa area. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Well organized ski storage room and the ski shuttle bus is always on time like a swiss clock. The travel to Jasna first stop, takes around 6 minutes. The rooms are clean and huge.

The hotel is located a few kilometers away from the ski slopes. The hotel provides a bus connection with the slopes, based on the schedule available at the front desk. A very rich buffet breakfast is available on every morning and the two wellness areas are the perfect relaxation after a day of skiing. A large parking area is available in front of the location. So it is a very good option for winter vacation in Jasna.

It is the best way to book this hotel via travel agency (we had TUI) since directly they do not provide the best offer.

Generally we enjoyed our stay.
Quite busy by families hotel, but:
- good location between skiing resort and life (restaurants) outside
- 10 mins drive by regular ski bus (by the hotel) to the slopes
- the very good ski room with shelves

Very friendly hotel offering vast freely accessible spa and fitness center. Breakfast here is in buffet style offering wide range of local meals even for celiacs. Dinners here consist usually of four dishes, with you choosing the main course (normally from 3 options). On every thursday there's special event, during which chef is lively cooking certain speciality in open space with local band attending playing classic slovak folk songs. Our room was nice and clean. It included commodious balcony, mini-bar and safe. There also was a classic flat TV, but not smart one with only about 30" diagonally. In entire building is free wi-fi, although not very fast (~6-8Mbps, sometimes dropping signal). No matter whether during summer or winter, I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Low Tatras for three to five night stay.

Great place for staying with kids. Close to ski slopes, 10 min away with hotel shuttle. Hotel has an excellent wellness area for families and another one for adults only. Nice service, great food. Overall great value for the money!

Very modern hotel with great wellness possibilities for families and couples too (two separated areas!), large and clean rooms and very good gastronomy. One of the best if not THE best hotel in Demanovska Valley.
