Prices higher than in Italy, service even worst. Lifts being closed without proper information. No money return offered. Employees not helpful, rude. Skibuses crowded, people being left (no space in the bus). Slopes not prepared well. Huge queue to lifts (up to half an hour). My first and last time in Jasna. Waste of money, if you wanna ski/snowboard DON'T COME HERE!!!

sky-high prices, you also pay €15 per day for parking...the slopes are not bad, but poorly maintained, with mountains of snow everywhere...the ticket point staff also did not inform us that the chairlifts to reach the top were closed due to the wind, and even though it wasn't possible to do half the slopes they made us pay the full price...

Gopass karta przestała działać 2 razy w ciągu 4 dni. Za każdym razem trzeba zjechać na sam dół i zapłacić 5 eur za wydanie nowej.
