Pizzeria Marcello

They have very good and delicious foods. We went there two times during or long weekend and every time we were satisfied with the service and foods also.
If you order a pizza, you will get relatively fast, but this is also true for the other foods as well. The pizzas were made in a tradicional oven.

This family run pizzeria Marcello offers large range of nice pizzas, with great dough, well balanced taste and a lot on them. We eat here every time we visit the Tatras and have probably tested everything on the menu. Salat was tasty, too, the micro greens are fait maison, they grow them fresh in the house. The service is outstanding, smiley, willing to adjust the food incase of dietary need. Pizzeria is extremely clean, with a display of embroidered framed pictures for sale made by the owner. The location is handy, too, with a parking right next to the road. I highly recommend this agreable place, having also an outer area to sit and eat if you are in the mountains on bikes you need to watch. Coffee is served in cute little cups. Marcello also offers delivery service. This pizzeria has been here for over 18 years as they are providing excellent service and people keep coming back. You too will be satisfied.

Nice Pizza with loads of cheese. Good place to recharge after a hike, the pizza isn’t very Italian though (the dough wasn’t very crispy). Would still highly recommend!

Probably best pizza in town. Thin base and fresh ingredients. Dog friendly outside. Only you might wait to order for a while till someone notices you, as terrace is the back of the restaurant.

Amazing fresh pizza in wooden oven, ambiance is soothing and relaxing after a hike. Try pizza with chillie(tip for people with spicy taste). Location is right next to train station of Tatranska Lomnica.

Relatively good pizza in a resort town

Great food at very good prices. Portions are a very large and excellent after a days hiking. The menu offers lots of local dishes, all are excellent that I have tried, and also they offer Wood Fired Pizza's, which are not only large but delicious. Lots of local beers and wines to drink too. A meal between 7 people, all having starters, mains and a range of desserts, plus lots of beers wine and soft drinks and the bill still came to only €100. Great place and highly recommended.

Unpretentious restaurant with great fresh food and below average prices. The waitress was very nice and helpful.

You sit next to a little water canal. The wooden benches are fixed to the table and too far apart for comfortable seating, specially for children, but the food more than compensates for that.

I went here for dinner after a hike, and the food was delicious! Staff were lovely and the atmosphere in the restaurant was excellent overall. The prices were pretty good for the quality of the food. I definitely recommend this place 🙂

Went there twice , back to back nights while my stay at Vysoke Tatry. Everything was good.

From what I got to taste, the food was good.
We ordered to take away and or 3 sons destroyed the food in next to no time. So... Must have been good! ;)

4th year we visit Marcelo still find Best pizza in High Tatras, always friendly stuff, clean and fine place.

A good place for pizza and fair for other food as well. Very quick service. Excellent for the price. I don’t get the negative reviews.
