This hotel has some of the most welcoming staff, a very convenient location, and clean comfortable beds. I want to especially thank Hanan at the front reception for her hospitality, attentiveness, and friendliness. All the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

It was a phenominal stay, everything was absolutely amazing. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and cooperative with us. They made us feel welcomed. We would definitely come back again since we enjoyed staying there.

I have been a regular guest for the last 3 years and I have always been treated as if I am home. Every thing is 5 star, the rooms, the gem, the breakfast, the great staff. Especially Ms. Hannan and the Front Office Manager Mr. Abdul Kader.

Hanan is very welcoming, she greeted us with great hospitality and enthusiasm. It is my first time and the service was extraordinary. I am very much pleased with her respect, kindness, service, hospitality and warmth. I highly recommend her to be a great lead in her responsibility and team management. She is the best and I would recommend her always.

Arrived to Madinah and had to spend 1 night here before I could take the train the next day, my flight was significantly delayed therefore I arrived at 6 am instead of the previously schedule 1am. I thought I could walk to the hotel but it turned out to be not as close as I thought...The staff was responsive when called..they kept my room booked, and sent the shuttle driver to pick me up free of charge from the aiport...Due to the circumstances they extended my check out time so I could rest..Next morning I drank a great Saudi coffee and delicious dates provided for visitors at the lobby, check out was as smooth as the check in and everything went well!!

The place is wonderful and comforting enough for me and the servers was phenomenal from Mr Hatim. He helped me a lot and provided a very good service. Thank you all I would recommend to visit

4 January 2024. I had one of the most wonderful experience of staying in this hotel.
I am highly impressed with the cordial service and co-operation of Mr. Maliki as well as Mr.Aziz. l found them extremely capable and efficient.
Others were also remarkably good.

The hotel is good overall. We came as a group for work from Riyadh. AVOID a guy called illyas (revenue manger or something like that). He is terrible at customer service, he is a lier and not honest. Mr hassan or ihsan is awesome.

Not only that, but they also tried to charge me 120 riyals for nothing. Good hotel but ruined by their cheap attitude and low values

Raghad is an exceptional receptionist whose professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.

Her ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism is truly impressive.

Moreover, Raghad's positive attitude and willingness to assist her colleagues make her a pleasure to work with. She is always ready to go the extra mile to ensure that both staff and visitors have a positive experience.

The best hotel in Madina.. clean rooms with great services especially the front desk employees and I l’d like to thank Hanan for her hospitality and kindness she welcomed us with a smile and said goodbye with a smile :)!

The hotel and staff are excellent. Adjacent to the airport. Maliki is a professional customer service in hotel and answered my questions about everything and arranged all works on schedule.

Very quiet and comfortable hotel, ideal for flight crews. Walking distance from the terminal. The staff is always very welcoming and professional, in particular Fares and Hanan, ready to fulfill your requests with a smile.

21 days stay was an wonderful experience .Attentive, caring, professional and friendly staff who provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. A special mention to Mujib the chef without whom the morning break fast would have not been completed & reception Hanna for their approaching nature, soft skill and going out of the box only to ensure the customer feels the difference. Great rooms, fully serviced hotel.
