Room service are very good and neat and clean
Rooms keepers Al Mamun and Saidul servers us a lot. They are very cordial and dutiful. Our washroom are fully clean due to their activities. Kitchen are very clean.locker doesn't work. I called several time but locker service didn't provide yet.

We had a great experience. People are kind hearted, friendly very welcoming. Breakfast was too delicious and too many choices. Nice size rooms. Any thing you need is in that building!!!. Shopping, restaurants, you name it. Loved it. T H A N K Y O U ALL.

Stayed here for 11 days and The house keeping service was extra ordinarily good throughout our stay, everyday total neat n clean Bath and Kitchen done by House Keeping.

The attitude is very friendly and always be very nice especially Mr Rajon was so helpful, may it be anytime.

Try to come after 5pm for check in otherwise you’ll be waiting for a long time. The location is perfect and near from female gates. The service is very good. I do recommend and would be very happy to stay here again.

It was a lovely experience staying at this hotel traveling from Bangladesh. Offered us unlimited water, tea and coffee facilities. Provided us adequate keys for room. The rooms were cleaned regularly and maintain Hygiene. Appreciate the effort of the cleaners and regulators. It is just beside the Masjid a Nabawi gate 328 which was easy for us to get access to the mosques for five times prayer. Keep your services up, thank you for your service!

Me and my family have been coming to this hotel for years now. Particularly because of the services offered by the staff especially with Mohammad Hassan( concierge) who has always made our stay wonderful because of his selflessness. I think we keep coming back because of how helpful he is. Its proximity to the masjid Nabawi makes it also very excellent.

This hotel have several room types the one we got three single bed was quite old and not as per expectation . Location wise it's great and very easy access to mosque.

House keeping service was excellent. As a Newzelander I am so much impressed with their behaviour and service like cleaning. We were 25 persons group and all of us is highly satisfied.

I really appreciated the housekeeping at the Movenpick. They were always on time with whatever we needed in terms of service. The housekeeping was spectacular with always clean towels and making the beds everyday. Whenever I needed housekeeping at a certain time, they would always come on time.

We are in room 9030, SAID is our housekeeper on the floor. He was absolutely amazing in cleaning our room, cleaned bathroom everyday, our room was excellent and clean

I stayed in room 126 and i must say that the housekeeping staff took very good care of all our needs.
Room, toilets and kitchen are well cleaned. Water towels tissue etc anything we asked they are very quick to respond with a smile

Amazing location and rooms! Their breakfast buffet is the most extensive I've seen. They have something for everyone. Service is excellent as well, and you are connected to the Haram. Just walk out on to it. Views from the room of the Haram.

We had an excellent service from the housekeeping staff. They were always promptly cleaning to very good standard and asking if we needed any thing. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were allhumdillah very kind and helpful. Our house keeping floor 10 Rafiq plus Julhass.

The toilet and kitchen condition is good
Room is very spacious and clean and well maintained

Mohammad is such a pleasant soul. Very dedicated and very helpful. He always leaves the room fresh and clean.

Pros:
- Location was great, right in front of the ladies Gate #16 and King Fahd gate (Main back entrance). Close proximity to a lot of restaurants as well as having "Bin Dawood" in the same tower.
- Service was good, hospitable and timely.
- Restaurant was kids friendly and had nice Chicco baby chairs.
- We took two quadruple rooms (one with a Haram view), they were spacious and nice

Cons:
- Service at check-in was slow
- Signage isn't confusing, it's easy to get lost in the towers and not find your way
- Hot stoves are disabled, and there is no microwave alternative.

Overall, the stay was nice and the staff were hospitable. I'd recommend it as well as go again next time

Our housekeeping service was excellent. Dilwar did a splendid job cleaning our room to perfection, bathrooms were in tip top condition as well. In general our room was always clean after housekeeping left. Highly recommend this hotel
